Our server Ana was amazing. However...... Today 1/1/26 is my better halfs birthday and he got the birthday slam.. it was cooked perfectly. But..... When we to check out they would NOT honor the birthday discount with the rewards club that he has. They said it was a holiday and the don't accept discounts on holidays. We read through the terms and conditions found that no where. Also nor did we see it posted the young man who was the cashier was super rude about and the super long nail young lady. They blamed our server for not telling us. It is only like $7.00 that's not the problem it was the condescending attitude that the 2 had up front. Ana thank you for being awesome but some kind of your coworkers suck.

Was gonna try to eat from here. Unfortunately they kept answering and hanging up. We just got out of the hospital and my daughter is hungry. But ur lazy lackadaisical employees don't want to take my order. They don't even say anything. They pick up and hang up. We watched them from the parking lot. I'm calling corporate. So unprofessional.

Our server is superb! Jose is attentive (pays attention) to details regarding your order & brings condiments & extra napkins! He brought drinks when our soda’s were almost done by observation. My Bourbon bacon burger was cooked to perfection & everything on it was fresh, tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, etc. I even added avocados and they were perfect (not mushy or unripe). Compliments to the chef! My Grandson‘s nachos were prepared like he likes them. The ambience very quaint & enjoyable music. Jose brought us to go containers, the food is delicious & nicely portioned. Thank you, Jose for making my grandson and my evening enjoyable❣️

Barbara was super friendly and helpful and it helped at such early hour in the morning , and how she asked if we wanted to add any fruit or avocado to our order which was amazing how great guest service goes along way truly appreciate the food was great , it was fresh and it made a difference in our experience here thank you for having amazing individuals who love what they do and it shows

I was very pleased with my experience at this Dennys. I had Ana C. as my waitress and she was very attentive and super friendly with my family and I. The food was great and to the order. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and customer service is quick and efficient. 10/10 will come back again!
