I’m just not sure why this store is even here: they’re never open. They never answer. They take more vacations days than the school district. I’m not sure why it’s taking up space.. it seems like this bakery supply store goes from one bad owner to the next. They’re all closed and work the same hours. Just stupid and might as well shut down. You waste gas and money going to this establishment bc they won’t even take the time to update google and say they’re close for 3 weeks. And what freaking store closes for 3 weeks every holiday period. SMH I hate it and will never return or waste my time again. Drive to Pilas and invest in a cricut machine

Their selection of products is very limited and they over price certain items to make up for it. I went for the first time excited to see what they offer but they don't even have paper cake pop sticks, any drum or board over 12" and other than white. The boxes are cheap quality for treats and they only offer a 8x8 box for $2.50. Only have 6 count cupcake trays for $1.50 which every other store has them bigger and a better price. I got an edible image printed and they couldn't print black and white, the other image I got I asked to fill the space up with smaller images and the last row was totally cut off. The lady was already rude so I didn't say anything I just took this trip as a loss. I didn't get half of what I needed for this weekend s order and drove 30 minutes out of my way to receive bad customer service.

So my wife and I stopped by today 8/16/23 looking for melting chocolate. I have to say the store is set up very nicely, but due to the person that helped us, or should I say didn't do much (Vivian) who was short and kinda rude, we will never be back!! Even though this shop is close to our home, I'd rather drive somewhere else to get better service. As mentioned in a previous review, courtesy goes along way!!

Excellent work on The Photos for any size Cake! I had an 8x10 size Photo for an 1/4 sheet Birthday Cake & Had a Bakery Place it on My Cake! It Looked Just like the Photo!

I see to many bad reviews. I was planning to go try this place but not any more. Scary to read all these complaints. I will stick with my cake supply store I have near my house.

Good price for the small boxes we got but the worker here was so rude! We were here on 8/27 at 130pm ish. The girl was so rude, didn’t really help us. We counted out 70 boxes and the extra we had left over she handed them to us and told us to put away. As a good worker you could’ve put them to the side and when you have free time put them back yourself.
I don't even like baking but these reviews take the cake ? the people getting mad over them I enjoy them carry on love you guys

I implore people to read ALL the reviews. This owner is extremely disrespectful and incredibly rude. Does not care about their customers at all. Even makes a snarky remark on one comment about how they (cakewalk owner) makes more in a month than the reviewer. What kind of terrible management is this? There's no need to kowtow to your clients but the owner is downright nasty to people. It's like they saw those Twitter burn accounts and thought they could be rude but funny and only mastered the rude part. I would not give this place any of your hard earned money. They do not appreciate your business nor do they respect you. They are "me first" people who don't care about people at all, only your money.Yup and another sad snarky reply. Got all the edge of a 13 year old boy. You get it tiger. Hope you made yourself feel better. ?Does Lauren know how you treat your customers Erik? Or is she embarrassed by you?

If I could Rate this place 0 stars I would. I called before I went down there to see if they had an item I needed and they reassured me they had it. When I got there they said they didn't carry the irem. Now I know why they have all the 1 stars!!! The management doesn't do anything to try to resolve any of the customer service issues, she rather back talk and trash talk back. What a trashy way to run a business. I will never go back there or recommend this place.
