The food is on fire šŸ”„ delicious

We came to celebrate a birthday, I let the server know this beforehand. At the end of our meal my sister gave her phone number to receive a free slice of cheese cake as a rewards member. The server came with the slice of cake, a candle, and left. Did not bother to sing/wish her a happy birthday, meanwhile we heard other servers singing happy birthday to at least 5 other tables throughout our dinner.

When we paid our bill, a new server came to cover our server while he went on break. We gave cash and were due for $10 in change, the server came back with the black folio with our receipt and kept the change for herself without even asking!!

Extremely unprofessional and unethical! After the extremely poor service, we had no intention of tipping. Rest assured, we will NEVER be dining at this location and I encourage you to choose a different restaurant if you plan on celebrating any special milestone!

This location has gone downhill. I’ve been to multiple Cheesecake Factories and they’re all pretty comparable to each other, I always get the same dishes, so I know how they should be served and how they should look. I’ve frequented this location because it’s the closest to me and it’s always good, but this last time was terrible. Our server was nice enough. I ordered a dish that had sesame seeds, and I asked for them to not be included in the dish because I have a slight allergy to them (nothing serious, I just get red blotches so I try to avoid them when I can) the server wrote it down and said it was no problem. We order our appetizer and that comes out fine, about 20 min. later I’m expecting our food to be coming out, the server tells me the chef said they can’t remove the sesame seeds, why it took so long to let me know, I don’t know. I scrambled and ordered a Renee’s special, because I knew it should be quick and I wanted to be able to eat with my husband. His meal came out and then mine and it was the saddest looking Renee’s special I’ve ever seen thrown on a plate. I told my husband I didn’t feel like complaining and causing a fuss, we just wouldn’t go back to this location. Seems from other recent reviews that I’m not alone in my experience. Choose another location or another restaurant. It’s not cheap, and not worth the chance you take being disappointed.

so my boyfriend and i ordered the burger that comes with two patties and fries, when our burgers came out i wasn’t expecting to get a burger king meal but not even that because the burger didn’t even have lettuce on it or tomato’s, the fries literally reminded me of burger king fries and the bread for the burger was like burger king, all for this to be 18 dollars, like genuinely how can that be allowed, we could have gone to in n out and would have gotten something so much better and cheaper, i just don’t understand how something could cost so much for it to be so mediocre. also the bread that they give you while you wait was so hard to eat, the top of my mouth hurt afterwards.

The food was bland šŸ˜” the shrimp was overcooked and pasta had no flavor. What I paid it should have been better. The cheesecake was delicious other than that Do better Cheese cake Factory taste your food.

Cheesecake factory is usually very good. The one in Riverside at the Tyler mall is an exception. I have here 2 to 3 times and every time the service is horrible. Today we set at the bar with the bar area being empty. It took the bartender almost 15 minutes before he even asked us what we wanted to drink. When we asked about a happy hour his answer was rude. He was not friendly at all. Why work somewhere if you are not happy with your job? The food was pretty good as always. I would not be going back to this location.

I had my first encounter with the ā€œGen Zā€ stare yesterday. We walked up to the hostess who was busy with someone else. We waited our turn then when the gentleman in front us walked off the hostess just ignored us and started wiping menus. No ā€œhelloā€, or ā€œhow can I help you?ā€ So finally I just said, can I put my name in for a table and she was fine after that but it was so awkward and uncomfortable. If you’re going to put kids at the host stand at least train them to greet guests.

Had their 5-Cheese Pasta and it was tasty. Their drinks are good as well. The patio was pretty warm for a cold night so it worked out. It's always busy but they had decent wait time, about 20 mins for the patio but and hour+ for inside.

I love their food. What I don't like alot is the wait. There has not been a time that we don't have to wait.
