The management at this location is horrible. They should be fired for the "customer service" they gave my Latino bi-polar Son out for his birthday with his Trans friend. If I could give a -10 I would. As a family whom owns multiple Mexican Restaurants, a Tortilla factory and others. Our corporation is about Customer Service first. Without our customers we wouldn't be as big as we are. I'm deeply saddened by the way my son and his friend were treated at one of our favorite eateries. I feel he was racial profiled after the his friends meal was served in two halfs because it was brought out cold. They almost walked out when the rest of the meal was coming out. I told my son to speak to a manager and explain what happened. However Ms Iris Flores and Ms Dani Riva were uninterested and very unprofessional. When my son said he didn't want to pay for the meal that wasn't correct they were more interested in making my son feel intimidated. They should have compted the meal that was unsatisfactory. It's not about the money as my sons trust fund is more than these 2 will see in a life time. Unfortunately they apparently don't need BROWN or TRANS people at this location. And if your treated with terrible Customer Service which is basically what the restaurant business is about. Or your meal is served in half because it wasn't cooked enough. These 2 managers really don't care. GUESTS might want to bypass Riverside Cheesecake Factory and dine somewhere else. Dining should be great food, great service and fun. And the management should make sure all their guests are treated as they would want to be when they go out to dine. I hope these managers are reprimanded for their handling of this situation if you worked for me you would be FIRED!

Our table was too close to another table of people. But over all it was nice being only three times I have been there. I didn't care for the mayonnaise dressing they had on the sandwich I got.

Visited here to have dinner with family. Place was very busy, as they should be when they provide good food, but we were sat in a timely manner. The service was great. We had a drink order within minutes of sitting and our food didn't take long to be brought out for the 7 in our group. We had several servers check up on is which was nice. Overall a great time dining here.

The server was amazing. The food was horrible. My rice has lumps the size of golf balls, the enchiladas were soggy and that green salsa was bland. The nacho cheese was rubbery. What a waste!!
