Giving this one star because for almost a year I haven’t been able to order a coffee with nut milk through the app. It’s not because they’re out of almond or oat milk. I can order other drinks with it, just not espresso based drinks like lattes, flat whites, or cappuccinos. it’s ridiculous. Legit wish they would fix the problem.

Customer service is bad. Rude cashier, she rolled her eyes and had a bad attitude. I know they're teenagers but they should be trained for customer service.

The girls workers are rude and they get mad when they mess up your order and you tell them they mess up. Especially the girl with the light hair. Giving attitude when it’s their mistakes.

The drip coffee is great, shop is clean, service is friendly, has indoor and outdoor seating. Very nice
Same product consistency like all their product, it's challenging to operate without supervision
A bit overpriced but the coffee was very good. If someone were to open up a similar type of place except charged a reasonable price for the coffee I'm sure they'd be very popular
