Shift leader Alexis I don’t know if she was having a bad day in which we all do but when my daughter and I visited this location my daughter had asked if she could see the sizes from small to regular and the shift leader pulled 3 of them slammed them on counter didn’t say a word and proceeded with an attitude.I never am one to complain but maybe be a little more polite to the guest and leave personal issues at home or under a smile

Had a very unprofessional experience with Alexis. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel unwelcome. When I asked if there was a way to see the drink sizes, she slammed the cups on the counter instead of simply showing them. She also appeared frustrated when my dad ordered a drink right after me. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Smaller location for located near a shopping center but it does work for me. The online ordering was convenient and in a timely fashion.

First time here. Great customer service. Tried the pumpkin latte and dang it is DELICIOUS. Not every coffee place has good pumpkin coffee. This is among the top ones. Definitely will be back for more. And the restroom are very clean.

I love the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Central Ave. Riverside CA, the staff is always so friendly, the bathrooms and the area where you sit always clean I always spend very pleasant moments with my loved ones.

Take the rta to the location here is an entire out door nall shopping area

I asked about my mobile order because it said it was complete and I had already been waiting a while. The barista I asked, Briana, was really rude. I recognize it was busy, but she should be more professional. Then after five more minutes of waiting she said they skipped it and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I waited nearly half an hour for watered down tea and coffee they quickly made after skipping me.

Whomever was on shift right now…all of you need an attitude adjustment. One barista with a bandana on her head acted like everything was a n inconvenience. The male barista taking an orders was the only decent one his name tag was “barista”. The one female barista making coffee in a hat was also pissed off when my brother asked for whip didn’t get it and was upset when he asked for it. Work on your employees morale because this shift was not it.

Love this place

Mixed Feelings . Of course I love Coffee Bean itself but this one here ?? Not really . I get we’re all human, make mistakes and get tired but the service here was so weird. The girl at the drive thru was short and didn’t even say hi. they barely mixed my drink and closed the window so fast. It doesn’t take much to be kind to people. Hope you guys have a blessed night 🙂

Amazing coffee a must when I need something in this area

Giant roach crawling across the floor by my feet. Seems the staff spends more time talking/gossiping than taking care of business. This place definitely does not deserve it's "A" health rating. Coffee was just okay, not something id pay over 5 dollars for again (and that was for a small).

My preference for Matcha Tea since I don't drink coffee, they always get it right... invaluable.

Love Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! Wish I had one closer to home instead of 6 Starbucks that are just not on the same level as Coffee Bean by a long shot.
