I love the people there everything on there menu is excellent the shop is nice and clean, my favorite thing there is there chocolate peanut butter frappuccino

DON'T GO HERE! THIS STORE IS NOT EVEN OPEN! SAYS OPEN FOR TAKE-OUT ON MAPS! THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS! YOU DRIVE 30 MINUTES TO ARRIVE TO AN EMPTY, DARK SHELL OF A STORE THAT HAS NO COFFEE, NO EMPLOYEES, NO PRODUCTS...ONLY USELESS CARRIERS AND CUPS! SOO DISAPPOINTED!

On the way home, really missing hazelnut frappe, used google map and this store was on our way and I was surprised its inside a Ralph’s store. No one was in the counter when we first came, apparently, she was refilling some bread and she responded I am here and was apologetic and she shared stories while making our frappe. She is so cheerful despite being solo doing all the work. Forgot to ask her name though. It made our trip surprisingly delightful and frappe delicious as always

Terrible place, I didn't want to give it one star. First, I had to find someone to help me. Then, the person says that espresso machine has been broken for some time. She said "I have to make a note of that", are you kidding! Don't go here, waste of time!

The Worst ever, they have like an EXTRAORDINARY extremely, slow slow slow, sloth sloth, employee making your drinks.. please shut this location down ASAP... once corporate finds out about this please!!!
Service was ok but definitely need to work on elevating the quality of your coffees and teas. I usually have a good experience with Coffee Bean (even esteem it more than Starbucks) but this location disappointed me.

Drove all the way here for the new holiday drinks. Barista rudely greeted me with "are you gonna order anything?" I asked about the new drink, to which she quickly replied "no". So now we are at the Starbucks across the street. Should have just stuck to my local Starbucks.

I used this location twice for Postmates, and both times this location has completely failed. It says on yelp they are open until 9pm but they are closed almost all the time I order from there or when I go there. And when I ordered from this location recently, they couldn't make a simple coffee bean classic as Black Forest ice blended? And then when I ordered ice blended green tea matcha, it was 100% absolutely wrong. I think they put mocha in the matcha ice blended. It tasted gross was not matcha at all! This location is a joke and shouldn't be associated with the wonderful company Of coffee bean! This place should shut down bc they don't even know how to make coffee bean drinks and they are always closed! I had to go to an actual official coffee bean in riverside plaza for them to make the actual ice blended green tea matcha and I had my money refunded in Postmates for this joke of a place!

I wish I could give zero stars. This coffee bean is a joke. The baristas are clueless. I can make a better drink if they let me back. First off, the barista had no idea how to make my drink I had to tell her. Why is she alone if no one trained her? Then she forgets to put vanilla flavoring and when I go back in to ask her to fix it she throws her hands up saying idk how to make it sorry can't help and moves to help the next person. So rude. This is the second time I've left here pissed. I contacted coffee bean and Ralph's and no one seems to care. Can't get a manager to respond back or take anything seriously. Basically they will screw up your drink, give attitude, and not replace or correct the issue. Horrible service! I drove all the way from Eastvale just to get a coffee because I love this place so much. Never again.
