Tried the Santa Barbara Burger, Portobello Burger, and the Sirloin Sandwich.
All of the burgers were quite bland and did not taste good. The best part of the meal were the fries because they were actually seasoned well.
I truly expected more from the Habit because I have had the Santa Barbara in the past and enjoyed it but not this time.
The burgers need to be seasoned better especially for the price that I am paying.

On Friday September 12, 2025 at around 5pm i oder a cheeseburger with extra crispy fries unfortunately right after finishing my meal i felt a bit bloated and unease from my stomach i didn’t pay much attention but once i got home it got worst my stomach got so hard i was in so much pain started throwing up and that's when i realize i got food poisoning it lasted for all night the throwing up pain until i took pepto and a mineral water. The employees where attentive and kind but food i have to say not so much. Sorry

I love this restaurant! My son and I come to this Habit every Friday, and they always deliver. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is excellent. The managers are hardworking and super friendly. The chefs definitely know what they're doing, and I never have a bad experience here.

cynthia was the cashier, she took the ladies order that was in front of me, didn’t even let me talk and told me to order on the kiosk which was very rude & she didn’t give me an option just made me order there (keep in mind there was no one else waiting to order). when i had trouble and said i would rather order with her she gave me attitude & said it’s going to be the same thing if i order with her. i continued on the kiosk because I didn’t want to fight with her, then 2 women come in maybe 3 minutes later and she takes their order and doesn’t tell them anything about the kiosk. she wasn’t doing anything important that could stop her from taking my order and that’s also her job. very rude girl. didn’t like my experience at all. can’t do her job.

I have been to several Habit Burger locations, and the charburger I had here was so juicy and good!!
Great place
If I can give it a zero I would. Unfortunately the other people working there were great but the manager is horrible. My wife had ask for a double char and when she got it. It was only a single she told one of the lady’s there and she apologized. The. The manger came over and just grabbed the food and opened up the burger and said look there is two. Which was one patty and a small piece that was torn apart. There is no excuse for his actions if he can’t handle such simple things I don’t think he should be the manager. It’s such a shame. A simple my apologies I’ll get that fixed for you. Would have been plenty. Not get so dramatic. I paid for it so why is he making a big deal. The manager seems like he can be rude to women and act all high and mighty. I don’t recommend going there.

Met up with my kids at the Habit on Tyler today and had horrible customer service with the manager. When I checked my order and seen I was missing a patty in my burger I let the younger man at the register know and he looked at my burger and apologized but as he was taking it back the manager yelled from the back and said that he put two patties in my sandwich and that they were in there! Lol both I and the other man at the register told him there is just one. At that point the manager comes around to the counter aggressively rips the patty out of both sides of my burger (it was cut in half) and as lettuce is flying out onto the tray/counter he tells me “see! There’s two!” (He took the single patty that was cut in half and waved it in the air” and even felt the need to tell the lady in the back that there was two patties. Lol I literally stood there shocked for a second because I definitely didn’t expect the manager to be that rude especially because it was a mess up on their end. After that, the manager told me it would be a while for the new burger. Definitely not going back to that location.
Truly a class act
Food & service are always good.
Unfortunately like everyone/everywhere, prices went up, portion size went down.
Food was great as expected, their onion rings were crispy and hot, the cheese burger with grilled onions was the best.
Used to be my fav burger spot but it’s been ruined by cost cutting practices. Only 1 ordering kiosk for a huge line, no one working the register, never ending price raising and food shrinking along with charging for basic condiment sauces. This place is officially the worst, not coming back.
