My order took a long time to prepare. Several people who arrived after me received their orders first. I received my order 20 minutes after the time the website said it would be ready. To add to all this, the person forgot to add additional pita bread that I ordered. I wouldn't go here anymore.

The food is not good is not worth it I spent 14dls. The meat is dry and has no flavor .

This place is literally a disaster. No French Fries for kids .Beef and Chicken are both dry and tasteless.

As a native New Yorker, trust me when I say there is nothing authentic about this place. Not only was the food served to me and my family COLD, the portion sizes are criminal. Save you time and money and go elsewhere. Double thumbs down

Hey, I get it’s a Friday night and the employees want to go out, go home, whatever. However, if your posted hours say you close at 10pm, there’s no reason to be turning away customers at 9:30.

The true test of a business is how they handle bad situations.

We placed an online order for pickup and due to technical issues they did not receive the order in time to prepare it before the arranged pickup time. Instead of blaming the ordering system or coming up with other excuses, the team stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of us.

Heidi, Sahib, and the rest of the management team went out of their way to make it right. They handled the situation with calm, grace, and empathy. We truly appreciate the team and all they did for us.

It says Halal Guys, but no one there was Muslim, which is fine, but a bit off-putting on deciding whether or not the food was actually halal. I asked if it was halal and they seemed a bit confused on what I was asking.

The food itself was actually not tasty and I'm not a picky eater at all, especially when hungry. So for me to say something wasn't good, is a strong statement. The chicken portion was very small, the rice had no flavor to it, and a majority of the bowl was simply shredded lettuce and a few tomatoes. There weren't many add ons, only onion and bell pepper. And the sauce was quite bland.

I also grabbed the baklava cheesecake, but nothing about it was baklava.
It was just a chocolate cheesecake with coconut, so I'm not sure why they call it a baklava cheesecake. I also grabbed the mango tea, that was the only thing I didnt mind.

But I wouldnt recommend this place, feel like I spent too much for unflavorful and boring bowls that I'm still questioning if it's really halal or not.

Always fresh and healthy, and the service was top tier. Sahib was super friendly and attentive and made sure to doublecheck everything for my order. I ordered 4 regular chicken and beef gyro platters and the family and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Sahib was such a great guy, he even offered to help me carry them to my car since he was about to go on break. With awesome food and service like this we will definitely be coming back.

Luis was amazing today. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

Food was ok. New manager and staff are horrible and inattentive . They rush you and they don’t know what they’re doing. If i could give it ZERO stars i would. Not coming back. Would rather eat scraps off of the sidewalk than this food with the horrible service they have. Old male manager was better. Old staff was better .

The flavor of the meat is very very bland. I've tried the LA branch and it's a huge difference

There was a student worker there with glasses with a amazing service attitude. It was my first time there and he was very welcoming. The portions he gave were more than enough as well.
