Wack...they wouldn't accept our order at 11.20pm today, even though they claim to be open till midnight. drove all the way out there late at night for nothing

1st time here. Great service! Food was just ok. Might go back to give it a 2nd try. The chicken wings were pretty damn good!

Went to try it out for the first time. I got a gyro a a bowl. The bowl.was kind of like what ever rice didn't really have flavor chicken and meat were ok. The gyro was actually better than the bowl.inlovwd the red hot sauce.

I wish if there is a Zero stars. We couldn't eat the food. We ordered chicken shawerma, gayro and falafel and all the food was very bad and raw. Absolutely I don't recommend it .

Falafel was hard AF.. ordered 1 plate it’s okay.. I order 6 plates and all of a sudden it goes crazy. Just 3 gyro 3 chicken plates not rocket science.. it was a call in order too we picked it up 30 mins later during slow hours you guys need to just check your orders carefully or we end up getting something we never wanted

I recently visited Halal Guys and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a regular plate, but it was dry and didn't taste good at all. I asked for hot sauce and white sauce, but the server didn't seem to know what they were and used barbecue sauce instead. I also asked for white sauce on the side, but I never got it. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience.

I’m not one to complain about the service and I understand people having bad days but I think management needs to train employees on how to be nice to customers. The one employee that served my sister and I had a straight face and looked annoyed we were looking at menu. I asked for a regular platter and he was speaking so low I couldn’t hear what he was asking for. Then he proceeds to ask me rudely , “tomato and lettuce”?! So I felt pressured just to order quickly because it felt like the employee did not want to be there at work. I work in customer service too and I have my bad days but I never take it out on the customer. Management needs to really train their staff on how to talk and interact with customers. The employees name is on receipt.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Halal Guys yesterday. We tried to redeem 50 points for a free drink, but their POS system wasn’t working properly. Despite this, the app still deducted the 50 points, and ended up having to pay for the drink out-of-pocket. It was very frustrating not being able to use the points we had earned.

To make matters worse, the staff member we interacted with was incredibly rude. When we asked for a receipt, she told us the printer wasn’t working and refused to provide the original receipt. She gave us a temporary paper receipt. When we requested to speak with a manager, she claimed there wasn’t one available and they don’t have a manager. Her sarcastic response when we asked when we could come back to get the receipt (“I don’t know when we will have a printer”) was unprofessional and added to our frustration.

We were patient and polite throughout the interaction, but the attitude of the staff member made the entire experience unpleasant. This is not the level of service I expect from Halal Guys, and I hope these issues are addressed promptly.

Probably the worst experience I ever had at Hala Guys. We came in a little bit before 9pm, one hour before they closed. The service was sub par. While the server was preparing the platter I noticed that he was scooping the gyro and chicken meat from a covered bin vs fresh off the vertical broiler. Once we sat down and started to eat the food, all the meats were barely room temperature and were very dry. Some even too hard to eat.

I love Halal Guys! I'm a big fan of this food. The best location is the one in Riverside, and believe me, I've been to most of the California locations!!! I love the HOT

almost delicious as I had in NYC! Was here on May 14, 2024 4:15pm-ish for dine-in + take out.. Just that the staffs need to more attentive once customer walks in.. as I was about to do my to-go after I had done my dine-in, a lady customer waited a few minutes, but there was no one at the counter.. and there was a guy in a brown shirt walked into the counter & to the back, but he ignored the lady.. after a while, a lady staff came to take the lady customer order, but then she cancelled the order & walked out.. probably disappointed with the long time waiting at the counter...

Very stingy portions at ridiculously high prices. I paid for extra meat and still got just a little bit of meat. Got two plates for $34 not including drinks or sides!!!!! The plate is mainly stuffed with lettuce with a tiny bit of everything else. This happened the 4th time. The meat is very hard and doesn't taste fresh. Too salty. Not an authentic gyro meat. They must understand they are selling predominantly to students and should be generous on prices and portions. But instead they are taking advantage of the location being near to the Univeristy and butchering students This place is a rip off. I am boycotting and will urge other people to do the same until they take corrective measures. Until then definitely not coming back again!!
