The store is about an hour away, so I don't go often. they were having an online special for early pickup before Christmas. I tried numerous times but the website kept freezing me out. I called and was lucky enough to get Karla, she told me when I come in to ask for her. the place was crazy busy, but Karla was all smiles, extremely pleasant and gave me the price of the special. they are lucky to have her as an employee.

Been going to the one here in Riverside for several years. Excellent food and service. Patti and Andrea are very friendly and helpful. They explain all different options. Go early or expect a line, especially before holidays. Never had a bad meal from HB. It’s not just about the ham, their other meats and sides are all good. I definitely recommend it if you don’t want to cook and clean. Easy instructions on how to heat up your meals. Plenty of staff to handle the orders too.Parking: Several places to park, gets busy before holidays though, so order early.

I ordered online for Thanksgiving. They happily took my money and confirmed my order. Came at the time to pick up anf they were closed. Been here for a few minutes and it seems im not the only one that got screwed over.

This is one of the best locations I have been to. The ham and turkey sliders were made fresh. The rum cake samples I've never seen them at other locations. They have a different kinda bake beans. The experience was worth the drive from cherry valley
