Great lunch at The Outpost in Riverside. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The service was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. It’s a great local spot to sit and enjoy a good meal.

Loved everything about this place. We got there and it was a tiny wait because it’s is a bit on the smaller side even though the building itself if very spacious, but the wait was maybe 15min…not too long at all before they sat us down. I’m not even sure how I didn’t get a picture of the pizza but it was amazing. We got one pepperoni and one sausage pesto both were so delicious but I think the pepperoni definitely wins. The salad also had so much flavor and a great balance of ingredients. For appetizer we had the fried olives which might sound odd at first but honestly was surprised with how much we liked them. It comes with a garlic aioli which had a bit of a mayo flavor…probably the only thing I wasn’t crazy about but still yummy, I’d recommend the dill ranch with the fried olives instead. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about the food and service they provide, a must try! Oh and they have craft beers too!

We stumbled upon this spot by accident — and let me tell you, it’s truly a hidden gem. The space is vibrant, spotless, and beautifully decorated, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re in the mood for pizza and wine, this is absolutely the place to go.
I originally walked in just to check it out, but there was no way I was leaving without trying a pizza. Although we didn’t dine in this time, we ordered the Casa Tra I Rami pizza to go — and wow! It completely exceeded expectations.
I also had a brief conversation with the chef, and it was such a genuine interaction. You can truly see the passion and drive she puts into creating what I’d call edible art.
We’ll definitely be back soon to enjoy the full dine-in experience!

If you are looking for a normal pizza joint, this is not the place for you. What they offer here is more rustic and almost gourmet. With that said, I can’t say enough about our waitress. She was amazing and very attentive. The menu is very basic mainly salad, salads, and pizza with a few appetizers. Nothing wrong with that. The pizza we ordered was delicious (see photos), Even though they forgot the marinated artichoke hearts. The taste was still the rustic pizza I came here for. They added balsamic glaze which made the flavors pop. Our desserts were very flavorful (see photos). The atmosphere here is understated and comfortable. We will definitely be back and I will definitely bring others to try this quaint little place. They have a lunch menu. They also offer beer and wine. You can also pop next-door for a great cup of coffee afterwards. You’ll see from the photos that the restaurant does not have a sign up so don’t get confused and if you can’t find parking in front, there’s parking and back. I think you will Enjoy this interesting twist on a pizza place.

High expectations, disappointing execution. Pizza arrived burnt—excessively charred, not just artisanal char. Service was equally off the mark. Won’t return.

First time trying this place and it did not disappoint from the vibes to the food. We ordered the truffle pizza and ceasar salad which were amazing. Can’t wait to come back to try more pizzas.

Pizza and the fried olives were delicious. The Caesar Salad dressing is excellent. Parking is not easy and the location does not fit the restaurant. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend trying this place.

So it was my wife's and I first time here, and right from the start, everyone is genuinely friendly, but NOT that fake customer service where they lay it on you so thick, just to get that tip. This place is definitely special, and playing oldies, what a great touch of music. We had the Diavola Forte pizza and the Outpost cesar. The Pizza .... OH! the Pizza, it was so good. That crust, it's not New York thin, it's more Artisan thin. It really was amazing. We enjoyed the chew the crust has. Order it, you went be disappointed. Now the Outpost Cesar. First let me say it's a great salad, but ..... I wouldn't call it a Cesar. The Meyer lemon zest came through nicely, but the dressing tasted nothing like Cesar to me or my wife. When I have a Cesar, I am wanting the anchovies and Parmesan cheese. If I can suggest; additional Cesar dressing should be on the side so one can adjust depth of flavor. Overall though, the salad was a great salad. This place is laid back and comfortable. We really enjoyed this place and we'll definitely be back. Thank you to our server and the Black gentleman who we watched hand dry the glassware, and held it up to the light to make sure it was flawless .. Everyone working there seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Good job bosses/owners. Looking forward to try all their food here ...

The vibe in this place is that of Santana Monica/Venice Beach, very chic. The food is great. These guys have put some thought into their pizza creations. It matches vibe. Listen ur not going to find buffalo chicken pizza here or stuff crust either. This is not type of place. Ps get the olives it's an appetizer.

Outpost Pizza in Riverside is amazing! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — easily some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area. Our server, Julio, made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Excellent service and delicious food — we’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – A True Hidden Gem I tried this spot for the first time today and I am blown away! Not only is the food absolutely delicious, full of flavor and easily a 10/10, but the service took the experience over the top.

Diamond deserves a spotlight! She offered some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. Attentive, kind, and so on point with everything, from recommendations to making sure we were well taken care of the entire time. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in how she treats guests. People like her make you want to come back.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Amazing food, great vibes, and service that leaves a lasting impression. If you haven’t tried it yet, run, don’t walk!
