interesting drinks and also historical pictures on the walls.
Cam and Chris have made our Mother’s Day top notch! Delicious drinks and the best customer service! They have manners and class ! Way better than las campanas! Thank you both for making our day special! Love you
We were there last night, 12/227/24. Our husbands went to the bar to get us drinks because we were not getting served. We had to ask to be served. The waitress finally came and asked what we wanted when she hadn’t even given us a menu. She then proceeded to scold us because we went to the bar. The women seated next to us heard her raise her voice at us and also commented on her service. It was an awful experience. The name on the receipt only states her first initial, H. I regret not getting her name. This is not the first time we get this type of service.

We did not have any food when we were at the presidential lounge, but we did have a couple cocktails. Of course, their mixologist are fantastic and do a great job at it.

My visit to the Mission Inn's Presidential Lounge was extremely underwhelming. The bar doesn't even stock chartreuse. For the price you pay to have a martini, one would hope that a fresh chilled glass would be provided once your drink has been sitting for a while. Service was just OK. The chairs are so old and squeaky its a shame this is supposedly one of the nicer places in Riverside to get a drink.

The 2 bartenders working at 10 pm 6/2/24 need to be re-trained that serving customers is a priority over entering receipts into the register an hour before close. For a hotel that has been in business as long as the Mission Inn, it would be nice to be greeted when seated. When a customer asks if you're still open, a response of "yes" and then turning your back on them for 15 minutes is not up to Mission Inn's impeccable standards of hospitality. So much for a Mai Tai nightcap. The served couple next to me even felt the need to say sorry. This was after a hotel security guard made me produce my room key to prove I was a guest while taking photos of the beautiful lights and architecture. Only the helpful receptionist made me feel welcome at the Mission Inn. Sad first impression.

Disappointing. This place has gone downhill with the rest of Mission inn. The bar was under stocked for a Friday night. Service was really bad and we sat AT the bar. The bartender did NOT know how to make an old fashion. Which is like 3 ingredients minus the ice cube. Just plain forgot the bitters all together. Might as well just make your drinks at home at this rate. This used to be a beloved memorable place for us. Sad to say we won’t be coming back anymore.
Service is very slow, even when the clientele is low.

Outstanding drinks and service. Stayed at the Mission Inn for my birthday. Had a great time. I'm a Riverside native so it was special indeed!

Waitress has no idea what she's doing and just made an excuse every maybe 20 minutes she still hasn't brought us a *water*. Then instead of getting a manager when the computer went down she asked us to sign a BLANK paper as payment... no total or anything on it... took 1.5 hours to get 1 drink (which was made incorrectly) and 1 plate of food for 2 people, don't come if you have somewhere else to be.

What a cool place. The atmosphere was super cool, with lots of history. The waitress was extremely helpful in helping us choose places to try while we were in town. We didn't have any food at the Presidential lounge, but the drinks were good and the service was excellent.
