Do not order the Mai tai for basically $19.00 ( that is including tip you get a short glass of Polar pop ice with 1 ounce of liquid- literally have never been served a glass of ice for that price.

Came in for a couple martinis after our brunch at the mission inn restaurant. This is a uniquely decorated bar and lounge since it was originally a church. They had a good drink menu along with a decent food menu. Our premium liquor martinis were very well made and tasty. I liked how quiet and relaxing this bar was. We would definitely stop by whenever we are in this area!

Horrible service, I thought it was understaffed at first but then I realized the waitress just didn't know how to multitask so many tables were just waiting for their bills or waiting with the credit cards out to leave but she just walked past over and over. We had to get up 4 times to get either eating utensils, ask for drinks, to order food get our check. Very nice bar with great ambiance though.

Service is very slow, even when the clientele is low.

My old trustie, when all else fails, you can always count on the presidential lounge to give you a spiritual drink and a delicious bite to eat. Soft lighting and vintage vibes set the mood.

I used to love going here!!! Some of the best drinks and bartenders in Riverside hands down (& I can be picky about my cocktails). On top of that the hotel ambiance makes it feel extra special. But can anyone clarify the hours? I see 11-11 most days, however I came by recently on a Friday evening and it was all closed up. I would love to return! Just seems like it's not open much as of late :/

I paid with a $100 bill... bartender never gave me back my change. Not cool at all do not recommend this place.

Waitress has no idea what she's doing and just made an excuse every maybe 20 minutes she still hasn't brought us a *water*. Then instead of getting a manager when the computer went down she asked us to sign a BLANK paper as payment... no total or anything on it... took 1.5 hours to get 1 drink (which was made incorrectly) and 1 plate of food for 2 people, don't come if you have somewhere else to be.

Love the ambiance. The martini's were delicious. We only stopped in for a quick drink. But the service was prompt and pleasant. Will definitely stop by again for a longer stay.

We came to the Mission Inn to see the Christmas lights on the Friday after Thanksgiving and decided to stop in for some drinks. We sat at the bar and the Bartendar immediately took our drink order, she was super nice and attentive. But then we decided to move to a table and found a vacant one but it needed to be cleaned and empties removed. I asked a waitress if she could get our table cleaned and take our appetizer order and rudely told us that this was a self serve area and walked away. She did help other tables but never came over to see if we needed anything! Worst customer service!!! I just cleaned the table myself and moved the empty beer bottles and used glasses to another table. However other waitresses showed up and were amazing, polite, and incredibly attentive! They salvaged our evening, which allowed us to enjoy the rest of the night! The lounge's ambiance is festive this time of the year with tables inside the lounge, a bar area with bar stools, and tables outside in the hotel lobby. The decor is antique style with historical photos on the walls. I ordered a Moscow Mule and it was good. We also ordered appetizers such as chips, guacamole, and flautas. The food wasn't bad for a bar! This would have been a 3 or 4 star review if it wasn't for the horrible customer service we received from the one waitress!!

Unfortunately this place used to be a classy establishment. The customers get treated based on their relationship and appearance with the bartenders and management teams. I would recommend being careful on what you say and who you mingle with at this bar especially with you snow birds. The bartenders like to pick up on you and use you for sex and a quick winter wonderland but it's all bullshit. So beware of their advances!!!!

Went here with a friend for a quick bite and a drink. Service was great. Ambiance was amazing. My problem was the food. Went this past Monday evening. Ordered from the bar appetizer menu. I had the fried calamari. Tasted great but at 1am I was so sick. I leave it to say it was a dual illness. I called later the next day to let them know their calamari was bad. I was informed they didn't serve calamari... I told the guy that I just ordered it the night prior and he said, " OH, well we have a new menu starting today Calamari is no longer on the menu". I told him he better go into the wall in fridge/ freezer and make sure there is none left and if there was, to trash it because I had food poisoning from it. He did say sorry. I guess I'll ALWAYS have to ask how fresh any of the seafood is from now on.
