Soy Nuevo en Riverside, I'm new in Riverside came here this morning despite the reviews about this and that. I was greeted with a smile by the lady and the Man in the back that bakes the Pan. I found them very polite in helpful I purposely asked Lady a bunch of questions to see how she would react she answer every single question in a professional and kind manner. The bread is very good has the authentic Guatemalan flavor especially the pan tostado. I see people here talking about not having a good flavor such as Mexican bread you can't compare the two because it's two different cultures and it's two different flavors what I suspect happening here is that she can tell who is Guatemalan and who isn't and she's afraid that they won't like the bread and come here and post a review about it I think that's exactly what's going on here so probably out of fear she gets nervous or what have you but I had a wonderful experience she also has a bunch of Guatemalan products such a sueros Jugos Ect. This is definitely my new bakery. I wish they served coffee to have coffee there with pan the place is large enough to accommodate a few tables and sell coffee and eat there the pan. Coming back definitely to support this missed understood Gramps that are still working at their age.
The owner is very disrespectful to others in the store. Doesn't look to have a lot on the shelves either so idk how they still get people to come in.
This place sucks!
Owner is rude! Riverside has better bakeries on every street corner with the sweetest keepers you've ever met.
Bread is almost stale and the service is horrible.
The person who is poorly educated, poorly behaved. Very bad customer service. Very good products. But I won't shop there again. Disappointing. Guatemalans are affable and polite. What a disappointment.

The worst bread I have ever eaten in my life. They gave my husband “French bread” for god they were dinner rolls. And the driest and hardest bolillo you can see. The center is completely empty without crumbs. I definitely won't be coming back.

We missed you for a year, thank God you are now open. Delicious bread, always fresh. My favorite store, and the people who serve it are very friendly.
Worst experience ever!!!!! FIRST AND LAST TIME This lady had the worst attitude. If someone is having a business at least have some respect and kindness with your customers.I know how is to work with customer service but this place is just not nice with that.Be Careful with this lady.

I am sad to read the negative reviews. I go to this bakery maybe every 2-4 years when I am in the area and it has been amazing. It is my favorite bakery. The lady is always so sweet and I am amazed that the prices are so reasonable. Please stop by and try their breads. As an infrequent guest that goes at random times, every trip in has been no less than expectational service and quality
Excellent, you can find various things from Guate and the bread is super delicious.
Every time she has gone my mother says that they have taken good care of her. We have bought bread from here since 2006 and we recommend it to the whole family because it is Guatemalan bread :D
Very good attention.
Very happy with the product. Very good quality and good price.
