Tim Boba offers many kinds of excellent boba options, and some limited snacks options (fries, etc.) at pretty reasonable price. Service is fast and staff is very nice. Recommended for your sweet or not so sweet cravings.

food was a little pricey if i’m being honest, i was okay. boba was really good (i forgot to take a pic sorry) for the price on the boba, you get a good amount, so that’s definitely a plus. it’s a chill spot , there’s board games, it’s a nice spot to just hang out with your friends. i’ll definitely be back to try more flavors
Massive large size drinks. Pretty insane. Delicious so far. Popcorn chicken is also a large serving, took the leftovers home and ate it for lunch the next day lol.

Ordered the Jasmine milk tea. Tea was pretty mediocre; not the best Ive had in Riverside. Large gives you a humungous portion though. And with cash you get boba for free. You are able to sample some teas before ordering. Place is clean and somewhat organized. Board games are available to socialize, and there seemed to be good space to study or do work.

I ordered a large taro smoothie with boba and the 2pc corndogs. Everything was fresh, and the boba was SO good. They don't have the sauces for the corndogs btw, just ketchup and packet hot sauce--just putting that out there. But the breading was fluffy inside, the crust was the perfect amount of crunch, and the cheese + sausage was very tasty. I'd recommend going here :)
I found out incidentally that there's also a card that you can redeem 10 stamps for a free drink, and paying with cash makes the boba topping free!
Edit: Also, their chairs are really comfy, and the bathroom was very clean. There were actually a couple couches. With the free wifi as well, I could definitely see myself grabbing boba while working on classwork here.

One of the best Boba Spots in the IE. My wife shared that the boba was too soft but honestly "to each their own" as the saying goes. I loved the boba. The flavors are all there. Their Oreo boba drinks are the straight business!
