I think this is up there as one of the worst boba places I've been to. There milk tea, to say the least, did not taste good. And there boba was, not the worst, but also not the best. First they messed up my order but did re-do my drink, which was nice. It was inexpensive and quick so can't complain to much about the service. But boba and drink wise don't recommend. ?

Cozy lil spot to enjoy some milk tea. They have a variety to choose from. The price is very cheap for the quality you get. I'm always down to come here instead of krak. Another plus is they are open late so you can enjoy late night craving.

I had high hopes for this boba spot but ended up leaving high!!! As soon as we walked in, it reeked of marijuana! I understand that you can't control the way customers smell but at least spray some febreeze when they leave. They left the store smelling like a hookah lounge! I order my drinks and I head to a couch to sit on, what do I find! GREASY CRUMBS! I tried to clean it but the grease continuously spread around the seat. It didn't help that the only clean couch was next to a Stephen hawking portrait. (Poor choice considering the current events involving Jeffrey Epstein) My tea gets made. I take a seat while Mr. Hawking is staring at me and I take my first sip. My lips pucker up as soon as I swallow my first sip. It was watered down and the boba was either old or overcooked. So disappointed in this boba. I was expecting so much from a 4.5 star place. I had to throw away my drink and head over to 7 leaves down the street. I wish I could say do better but I will never be back to check if they improved.

Affordable prices and their large size is pretty big! I got the oreo chocolate with boba in a large and it was the perfect consistency and sweetness. Plus, boba is free if you pay with cash :) The workers are nice and they have some seating area + board games for a stay with friends.

Was just at Tim Boba a few days ago and will say this is one of the best boba spots I've been to... As you enter, you can order on the screens to the right or straight ahead to the register. They've got a wide variety of drinks as well as snacks. My son ordered their Taro Smoothie with boba added, My daughter had their Mango Sunrise with Lychee Jelly, and I had their Mango Avalanche. Other than cash, they do accept Credit cards, Apple Pay and Venmo.My kids seemed to thoroughly enjoy their drinks as I did. The Mango Avalanche was quite tasty kind of like a Mango Creamsicle with small pieces of mango blended in the drink. Boba is cooked to perfection. Not too soft where its overly cooked and not undercooked and hard. It had just the right consistency.Tim Boba is a nice spot full of tables with chairs and couches.Its a nice spot to hang with friends or family if you want to hang around as they also have games on the side you can play while you enjoy your snacks and boba. The employees at Tim Boba are quick and incredibly friendly. A fun gathering spot thats well taken care of. I just wish I was close enough to come here more often! If you're in the area and have a boba craving, this is a place to check out! Two thumbs up!

Listening to jazzy music over a Boba drink to die for! The soothing atmosphere with hums of the occasional UCR student conversation and giggles. Plenty of cushy soft black sofas to relax in ... when everyone else( Panera and Starbucks ) makes you suffer in hard wood or plastic chairs that hurt to sit in... this is DEFINITELY different. ?
