I came for the cookies and tried 5 of the 6 different flavors and unfortunately I didn't love any of them. The cookies are big! That's a plus if you like their cookies. I have a huge sweet tooth but some of these were way too sugary for me. A few were under-flavored.
These cookies have more of a sugar cookie texture than classic homemade cookies with heaps of butter. My theory is they've reduced the eggs and butter in their recipes.
Although the service was great and it's a cute shop, the cookies are akin to chain store grocery cookies.
White chocolate macadamia was pretty good, it wasn't too sweet and had the best outside texture of all 6 that I got. There weren't that many white chocolate chips and only 3 macadamia nut pieces in it though. It was also undercooked. I love a gooey center but these were just straight up undercooked.
The chocolate chip was the most disappointing, it was dry and dense. I really wanted an ooey gooey chocolate chip cookie that people have posted in their reviews.
Snickerdoodle was undercooked so the center was doughy. It needed a punch up to the flavor, but maybe the flavor just can't come through because it needed to be baked a bit more.
The strawberry milk had a single strawberry on it and was also undercooked. There were a lot of white chocolate chips in it so it was a tad sweeter than I expected. I didn't get a strong strawberry when I took a bite.
The brookie of the month was just okay to me, it was also a bit sweet. The sprinkles were dried out. It was also undercooked.

I stopped in last Friday, what a pleasant surprise. Very warm welcome, nice menu selections. I had the Cobb salad with chicken, so fresh , my friend had the pastrami & it was great. Cookies are amazing 👏 I was disappointed i could not leave a tip. We had excellent service, food delivered to table, water refills etc. Most places take your order & want a tip, i had excellent service. I will be back!!

First let’s start with the service! Definitely warm and welcoming! Secondly let’s talk about those COOKIES!!!! Omg I took a bite from the chocolate chip and walked back in to order two more! So much unexpected flavor and chocolatey-ness!!
I also ordered the hot pastrami sandwich. She let me sample the aioli before deciding if i wanted on my sandwich which i really appreciated! The sandwich it self was good but me personally I’m not a fan of the pickled cabbage. I’ll definitely be back for that turkey bacon tho!
All in all 10/10 experience. If you’re in the area i recommend giving them a try

I will be coming back!!! I have never in my life liked pastrami, but when I saw the hot pastrami on the menu I was like “okay that looks like it’d actually taste good” and it absolutely did! I also ordered the iced lavender latte and boy did it wake me up!!!! Absolutely loved this place 🌸

The Cookie Tin Cafe is a fun experience in itself. This quaint coffee shop offers classes and events like Game Day, Charcuterie Workshops, Paint Your Palate, and Sip And Savor during the summer nights.
The variety of foods on their breakfast and lunch menus range from Mexican quesadillas and prairie style oatmeal cookie oats, to salads, wraps and paninis of Greek and Italian flavors. It’s definitely a go to spot.
The cookies with new innovative flavors like their blue corn and key lime pie are decadently delicious, and the classic cookies like chocolate chip and peanut butter make it feel like Christmas all year round. Mmm mmm mmmm delicious.
Most everything is made from scratch and in house, including treats for your pup, which makes it feel like home 🏡❤️🍪🫙

Cookies are really good! Crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle! The cookie milk latte was perfect (not too sweet to the point where it overpowers the coffee flavor) I also ordered a custom sandwich that I enjoyed. The five stars really go to who I believe was the owner at the register! They were so kind and helpful with the menu. They made sure I got a high chair for my baby and gave my son some milk on the house to enjoy his m&m cookie even more! I love great service more than anything :) Thank you!

Stopped by on my way to the workforce development building riding my bike, this place is nice to get ready before an interview or to start the day, the service was very nice. And I noticed the attention to detail in how immaculent the place was. The coffee was great , and the cookie I bought tasted homemade. (PB)
Oh man this is a great local, hole in the wall cafe. They serve sandwiches, salads and wraps. Even soups. The oatmeal cookie oats are amazing! I had the roast beef au jus and the pastrami and they were excellent. And the cookies are super good. Moist and tasty, each flavor is better than the next, you can’t stop at just one. The owners are super nice and ensure your meal will be perfect. And they offer catering as well. Definitely gotta check them out if you are anywhere close.

My fav place!!!! The shop owner is so nice and down-to-earth. I came in super hungry and he was already closed. He still made me a sandwich. It was so good. They have the freshest bread and the freshest ingredients. I've never had a sandwich like this one brfore I love that all their stuff is homemade. Their potato soup is to dye for. The broccoli and cheddar soup is also very good. All of their cookies are really delicious. It's always clean and it's always cool. Thank you for Your amazing food and great service.
