Uncle Chuang’s Bakery

Great spot to pick up Taiwanese pastries, cakes, and snacks. Been coming here to pick up toast and buns for a few years and it never disappoints. My friends got me the mixed berries and cream cake for my birthday, and it was perfect! So soft, lightly sweet, packed with fresh berries, and really cutely decorated.

Prices are decent. The free drink with 12 dollar purchase makes this spot cute date spot between classes. I personally go with my partner and we each get about 6 dollars of stuff and split the free drink. Its a good option if you are near ucr

I miss this place since I moved. It had the best iced green tea and their pastries were delicious. It is nice going in and just grabbing one or two or five different items instead of having multiples of one thing you get at the grocery stores (and it tastes better too)

Nice little bakery spot! I love that they dont have 80k different choices to choose from lol. Small variety of items, but very good. My fav so far is the Chicken Burger.

The strawberry peach cake tasted good but the cake layers itself were thin. There was more whipped cream than anything.

First time coming here and they didn't disappoint. I bought a cake for my mom's birthday and it was very delicious. It wasn't too sweet as some cakes usually are. Highly recommend and I will definitely be returning soon.

Today was my first time visiting Uncle Chuangs bakery! ✨ I spent 5 minutes looking around seeing what kinds of pastries they had to sell. It's like an 85° bakery but better, a wider variety of options, cheaper and much closer to where I live. They also sell cakes and drinks in a fridge. Two lovely ladies helped me check out today and I spent more than $12 so I got a free drink! I got the iced tea and it was so good! It was sweet and tasted like flowers. My mom, son and I loved it! I'll be coming back very soon for more!
