I went here with my coworkers for the first time and was blown away by the fair prices, excellent service, and delicious pizza. One of my coworkers is vegan and they had an abundance of vegan options that I haven't seen anywhere else. At one point one of the pizzas was delayed, and the gentleman working there went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He treated everyone who walked in like they were family. I will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
This pizza place is just wonderful! Not pricey, absolutely pleasant service and most important for me, vegan options. The dine in is great. I really enjoyed the fantastic sense of humor in the wall decor and posters. Food is delicious! Located at University Village, it's a comfortable ten minute walk from UCR. Great place to stop for a delicious pizza and take in some shopping nearby! Poor customer service. My last two visits included my pizza literally missing a slice inside, probably to fill someone's individual slice order. Last night was getting a regular pizza instead of the vegan one we ordered. Then when you bring up any issues they just shrug their shoulders and don't try to rememdy their mistakes. Won't be back here, just do yourself a favorite and go to Getaway Cafe up the street. Waaaay better pizza and customer service.

Omg went to this place randomly last night after the festival WOW incredible amazing we got the monster pepperoni pizza!! Garlic knots crazy bomb too!! Ranch was out this world!! We live in PalmSprings but I'm coming back.. thanks UPC

UPC has hands down the best vegan pepperoni I've ever had. It kinda does the little cup thing that real pepperoni does and gets kinda crispy on the edges which is the thing I miss the most. It's pretty spicy too which is an absolute chef kiss (though a little spicier than my midwest-born husband enjoyed but he powered through). The pizza itself was amazing - a nice chewy thin crust with a slightly sweet sauce and tasty cheese. 10/10

I’ve only ate here twice and each time the atmosphere is very chill and the pizza is fresh and excellent. Good drink options too such as vanilla creme soda!
Food is great, service is good. The place is packed so it's not super fast but definitely worth the wait. Prices are good too. Not over priced at

This review is based solely on their vegan items and of course service. It's a small joint but always clean. I have no complaints about the service. The pizza however is really delicious. I really love the vegan pepperoni and vegan sausage. I didn't really like the vegan soyrizo though. I also tried their vegan knots but wasn't a fan. It would be creat if they can add some vegan wings to their menu and maybe some fries as well. That would definitely put he cherry on top! The price is very reasonable considering vegan ingredients are more expensive. This is my go to spot for vegan pizza. If Iived closer I would be coming here more often.

We tried University Pizza Company for the first time while visiting Riverside for the weekend and overall it was a good find for late night pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza, Pepperoni Lovers pizza, Tikka Masala pizza, and Pesto chicken pizza. My favorite was the pesto chicken pizza. The goat cheese and crunchy bell peppers worked so well together. For me however, the chicken lacked salt. My husband's favorite was the pepperoni lovers. They use the little pepperonis and cook it until just perfectly crispy on the edges, yum! The tikka masala pizza was not our favorite. The sauce was extremely spicy and the pizza was very dry.Overall, good pick for fresh toppings and great tasting pizza!

Vegan review: This might be the BEST vegan pizza I've ever had! My vegetarian friend and I ordered the pesto chicken pizza with bell peppers and loved it. We had to double check with the cashier that it was vegan, it was just so realistic. The vegan cheese has the stringy pull like original cheese and the faux chicken is the best I've had. My friend also thought the chicken was very realistic but ended up picking the chickens off her side because it was too salty. I would recommend any vegan craving pizza to come here for a good selection of toppings including several fake meats. This will be my go-to when I'm in the area. Next time I'll order the garlic knots too.

Stopped in to take our UCR student to lunch with our 3 yo granddaughter. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pizza was delicious. Our granddaughter hardly eats anything but she did eat the crust and cheese on my vegan veggie pizza. As far as vegan pizza goes this was probably the best I've had in 10+ years of being vegan. My husband and son shared the Margarita Pizza. Lastly, the bathrooms were spotless and smelled great. We will definitely return!!
