I’ve been coming to the restaurant constantly recently after finding out about the restaurant about a month ago, and have always had the best service, and food! An employee I’d like to mention is Anthony! He actually remembers me anytime I come in and already knows what I want! (Although I do switch it up every so often haha), but not only that, on my recent visit I came in with my uniform on as part of the air force for the first time and ordered my usual and Anthony had told me if I wanted a free drink (I suppose for people that are veterans or currently on duty from the sign I saw outside) because he knew how hot it was outside! Truly great customer service at this restaurant overall but always a pleasure meeting Anthony at the Register!

Wonderful place and Hayley is very sweet. The staff is accommodating to my dietary needs and were concerned when I said, I had allergies two certain types of foods it is worth a trip in to enjoy the atmosphere and food!

Had the best customer experience with Heidy at the Moreno Valley location , she gave me great recommendations first time eating there had the salmon salad bowl and was pleased Heidy kept checking up on me throughout my meal as well seeing if I found everything great as well. Hoping too see that phenomenal service my upcoming visits

We ordered Doordash for 22 people and used the Group order feature. It was a huge success, Urbane labeled everyone's food, made it easy to pass out and the food was delicious! Thank you
Love this place!!! Stopped by Urban Cafe in Moreno Valley and had a great experience! We ordered the Chicken Club and the Chimichurri Steak Sandwich, both were delicious and full of flavor. The side salad was fresh and a nice bonus. We also got cookies, and they were warm and gooey such a treat! Great food, friendly service, and a cozy spot. We’ll definitely be back!

I was at Urban Café and the dish was good, but I got up to ask the girls who work there if they had tzatziki sauce. They said they didn’t know what it was, then I showed them on the menu that they did have it and asked about the sauce. They said they did have it but that I had to pay for it — I never said I wanted it for free. I found the service to be really rude and not friendly at all. It’s a good option for dinner, but the service is very bad.
