I'm sorry, but somebody's got to say it 💀—there's a dead rat smell by the soda machine. I’ve been here a few times, and it seems like nothing’s been done about it. It’s a strong odor that hits as soon as you walk in, and it’s not food! 😅 This isn't a knock on the employees—they’re 5-star, and the food's good, but until the smell issue is fixed, I’ll be heading to Flame Broiler. 😂or the other waba on magnolia.

Food is not that great … steak was very tough and hard to chew I ordered the steak veggie bowl and I got charged $1 dollar for the bowl I have never gone anywhere they charge for a bowl or the plate that my food served on .. what kind of crap is that

Clean dining room and restroom (code required). Friendly staff. The shrimp tacos have a nice kick.
Wheelchair accessibility: Grab bars and plenty of maneuvering space in the restrooms. There's an accessible parking spot right in front of the door, but the truncated domes are peeling at the corners and present a tripping hazard.

I religiously come here two times a week and the gentleman always have good customer service. Today I went to simply pick up my food and the lady on the register was just texting away… she knew I was there but she finished texting first and then asked me if I was ready… I told her I was there to pick up, and then she goes back to looking down at her phone and continues to text and then she logged in to the computer to ask for my name. All while she was texting. Not once did she look up after that, I sat down to wait while she continued to be on her phone. I feel like I was a burden to her walking into her busy time texting as if I interrupted her lol

It’s 10am and there don’t want to open the door the guy is seeing me stand in front of the door and doesn’t open the door. The open Monday -Sunday form 10am and there not open. Change the sign and put 11am not 10am!!!!!!!!!!

The only negative comment I have is that besides the cashier the two other employees in the front were not that pleasant. I don’t think they liked me asking questions about the menu all that much. Even though I told them it was my first time to WaBa Grill.

Usually Waba is good but this time the food was just not it. The biggest issue was the avocado. It was practically all brown and too ripe. This wouldn't be an issue if you didn't have to pay extra for it, but since you have to, one would expect it to be fresh and not as if it sat there for a while.
