I religiously come here two times a week and the gentleman always have good customer service. Today I went to simply pick up my food and the lady on the register was just texting away… she knew I was there but she finished texting first and then asked me if I was ready… I told her I was there to pick up, and then she goes back to looking down at her phone and continues to text and then she logged in to the computer to ask for my name. All while she was texting. Not once did she look up after that, I sat down to wait while she continued to be on her phone. I feel like I was a burden to her walking into her busy time texting as if I interrupted her lol

First time visiting this concept. The employee working the cashier was very helpful in answering my menu questions. The food was tasty. The place was very clean. The only negative comment I have is that besides the cashier the two other employees in the front were not that pleasant. I don’t think they liked me asking questions about the menu all that much. Even though I told them it was my first time to WaBa Grill.

The service at this place is horrible Waited for ever for our food the was given the wrong size drink after the it was told back to us when ordered then was told we weren't charged for the large and needed to pay more I a very rude anger the closed the window in my wife's face with an attitude after we paid the difference. A lesson in customer service is greatly needed here. Will never go back. I highly suggest Vicki's around the corner

Usually Waba is good but this time the food was just not it. The biggest issue was the avocado. It was practically all brown and too ripe. This wouldn't be an issue if you didn't have to pay extra for it, but since you have to, one would expect it to be fresh and not as if it sat there for a while.

The last time I ordered from here the food was burnt and they refused to replace. Not worth going back.

Food was colder than usual,Service was not the greatest, but they were really apologetic after realizing I was unsatisfied. I will give this place another shot since it's close to home.

Waba Grills are a chain, so you basically know the food will be the same as other Wabas. It has been a couple years now, since their bowl size shrank, which took some getting used to, but here is the problem I had on November 19th, 2022: It was Saturday evening, about 5:45 pm, with a cold, biting wind picking up leaves and debris, then trying to blow those into everyone's eyes. It had been some time since I last visited the local Waba, but this particular evening seemed to call for it. As I approached the front, was pleased to see that they were still offering 2 chicken bowls for $13.99, on Saturday & Sunday. A fine price. I wanted chicken bowls with veggies, and suspected that would be a little more. The "newbie" behind the counter, rang my order, and the cost was $20.20. (Hind site is 20:20, so the old saying goes....). I was puzzled, but paid the price, assuming that the W.G. Chain must walk a hard-line, when it comes to the promotions. -(Chicken bowls only, or hit the road Mac!). As I walked away from the counter, feeling a bit let-down, I happened to look at my receipt, and noticed a "2 shrimp side" listed.... (What???) Well, I returned to the counter, because this was not my receipt, however, it turned out that my receipt was missing in action. The newbie clerk was just telling another clerk, a young lady with more experience, that he had just hit a wrong button for the order he was currently ringing. The more experienced clerk let me know my order # was 79. Funny thing happened moments later, when another customer, who had ordered before me, complained when the "newbie" called out an order, because she too had not received her receipt, so she did not know her order Number either. So, while I was waiting, and observing the fiasco of errors which was laid out before me, a feeling kept creeping into the back of my mind... "newbie" probably did not ring my order correctly. I did not bother to ask, I just took my food and left. (Forgot that I have to ask for brown rice, another letdown, I discovered later...when I finally got that lid off!). But later, even as I ate my food, I kept thinking, why the heck couldn't I get 2 chicken bowls for $13.99, then (Step 2, as their sign says) add veggies for $1 extra per bowl??? It seems easy enough: Step 1, give your customer the promotion, Step 2, add the extra dollar per bowl for veggies, Step 3 sauce! When so many things go wrong during one visit, it certainly reduces the likelihood of a return visit. Perhaps, if Waba Grill cannot get their "newbies" trained properly, then perhaps customers may be in actual jeopardy, and perhaps everyone would be better-off dining elsewhere!

Food was good but got the runs within 20 minutes. Prices were not worth the flavor of the food.

Found a worm in my plate it was between two carrots that were stuck together told the cashier he said it was broccoli then he went to tell the guy in the back Armando and he said it wasn't and they both said it was a piece of broccoli or onion not a worm because supposedly them they wash their veggies and put them in water to steam them but I know that all they do is just take it from the bag they come in and dump them all in one big container and keep in fridge then when someone orders veggies they grab a little bunch and dip it in hot water for like 30sec to steam it and put it in your plate, since the worm was stuck in between the carrots it didn't go into the hot water, I even grabbed it to feel it and it felt like a worm and they did too and they said it wasn't a worm, because if it would've been part of the vegetable it would've came apart as I rubbed it in my fingers but I didn't it felt squishy like a worm, but they kept insisting it wasn't a worm!? It's clearly a worm look at the shape and color and body pattern!
