I come here once a week. It seems like the workers don't want to help out. I order online. Every time I get my food I feel like I am getting skimping. More rice and like 4 pieces of chicken every single time.

Omg I love this Waba location, No other Waba location can beat this one! Kenia one of the workers that was taking my order was so attentive and helpful since I was so indecisive on my order. Kenia helped me out and told me the best bowl at Waba and she was definitely right every Waba location needs a Kenia! 10/10 worker her customer skills are on point! Also itās so clean inside! never seen a fast food restaurant this clean!! did I mention kenia made my food so fast I didnāt even have wait a minute!!

The workers are unfortunately always standing off-is but the food isnakways decently priced and good.

Usually I donāt like to complain but sometimes the comments that the employees make are out of hand. If the restaurant closes at 9pm and cars are parking at 8:10-8:15 donāt be saying āhere we go again another car is hereā it just makes the franchise as a whole look like they donāt wanna be there. Makes me lose trust on eating our food. Who knows what they do back there because they donāt want customers.

Look at your portion sizes before you leave if you got to go, they are definitely giving way less portions than before like half the bowl height, third time on the last 3 weeks I had to complain. And they know because they remake it and actually put the full portions
Edit: the quality is just getting worse every time I come there is something wrong, can you guys just cook the chicken like every other ways gril@, like hands down this is the worst waba gril and people only say itās good cause they havenāt been to another one. Every other waba grill is 10/10 you guys are literally the worst one like la sierra and go watch them cook like seriously copy what they do, any deviations you guys are doing is wrong like flat out wrong. You donāt even cook th chicken all the way
