Don’t bother ordering any of the seafood bowls. They are so stingy give you more rice than anything but it sure costs the same as the beef and chicken. This happened to me 2x with the salmon and shrimp.

Made an online order and when I came to pick it up, I noticed this sign that says kids eat free. When I asked how does that work, I was told it can't be done online. Since he wasn't very helpful, my wife asked to speak to a manager to get clarification. He called the cook that's pictured above pretending to be the manager. He was as clueless as the front guy and didn't offer any solution besides parrot that it can't be redeemed online. We then asked for corporate's number to which they told us to Google it. Very unprofessional, it's clear there's nobody in charge at this store. I hope corporate re-trains these people.

Came in today to take advantage of the “kids eat free” deal. My wife and I ordered the food and when they charged us, my wife asked why our kid’s meal wasn’t free. To which the person charging us said “You have to ask before.” Like what? Mind you, they have it advertised everywhere and it doesn’t say you have to ask. All it says is that you have to order an entree. Which we did, so I asked where did it say we had to ask first and she couldn’t tell me a good answer. All she said was that “some people don’t want it.” A good place with good customer service would’ve fixed it by making the kids meal free but I guess they don’t really care about customers here. Last time I come here for sure.

There is an young lady at this establishment who becomes irritated when presented with a particular inquiry that I politely made. However, I chose not to reiterate my request in order to avoid further upsetting her. Consequently, I had to accept the situation and move on. This incident occurred on the evening of March 15th at 8pm. On the other hand, the other male employees who work here consistently enhance the atmosphere and serve as the primary motivation for my patronage at this particular location. I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness towards customers.

A mini $4 99 chicken bowl add what you want to it great price. Perfect amount of food if you want to lose wait plus very healthy for you. Freshly cut vegetables & chicken ? 3 days a week eat this you will lose weight stay very healthy. Have fish twice a week. Twice a week steak you're good to goYou always feel good the next day when you eat healthy

I love WaBa Grill and the environment was organized and clean, but the chicken tasted burnt and the veggies were cold, and it didn’t really have a lot of flavor.

I personally love Waba grill,unfortunately it smelt like there was a gas leak at this location. And I asked to speak with the manager bcuz I was feeling light headed.MANGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE. Alma, apparently she’s a manager, gave me Bombastic side eye and told me in a Spanish mumbled under her breath “chinga tu madre, pendeja”.. after confronting her about how I was light headed. First of all, very very rude on how she treats customers, second of all I know Spanish too so like… it wasn’t necessary to say that. And instead of offering me a cup of water or ask if I was okay. She went to go chit chat with other coworkers. By looks of it, all seem related bcuz they were out laughing and saying some offense remarks. That’s not right. Y’all need better management… never in my life have I ever been treated this way. Hope y’all get that potential gas leak checked especially if ppl are dining there and you can smell the fumes as to why I was feeling light headed. Wont ever go to this location again after the rude customer service from the manager…

Visited on July 23, 2023 8:20 pm. Horrible service. Not acknowledging customers while standing at the online order pick up counter. Im Standing there I guess im invisible. No greetings or anything. My order was late, it was not ready by the time they had promised. Quit ur job if you’re not enjoying it. Waba please hire professional people willing to work and take pride in what they do or hire more. I don’t know but they looked like they were stressing. Hiring high school kids that don’t take their job or customers seriously is hurting your business image. I Will not be returning here thats for sure. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
