So last week I came in here and ordered a bowl, which I actually got the wrong proteins at that point I did call in Waba Grill and talk to a manager, which at that point they told me to come in the next time I was in the area because I couldn’t come back at that present time so here on my next visit and talked with our manager and she said since they don’t have their call book they can honor what they agreed upon when I called them. Definitely with the restaurant industry you do have to remember this is the hospitality field so making me wait you know excess time why am on my short break to call and confirm because the book is not here is something that should be handled right away. If there are multiple guests, you should ask for help from somebody else in the kitchen just so we’re handled in the order. We came in first come first serve. Been coming to Waba Grill for a long time lately I’ve had issues not only with service, but with the app not working I think it’s something that the company really needs to address. There are other similar places like flame broiler they have a similar menu with lower pricing. Please figure it out and step up the game. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this flame boiler again. To good eats and sweet treats. One love fam

Whatever little girl was working the counter tonight, dark hair, glasses, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked if we were there for pick up, we told her the name, she pushed the bag to us and walked away without saying a word. We were missing items, so she turns around when she notices us standing there, waiting, and says, “What?” I told her what we were missing, she then proceeds to sarcastically throw/drop the items into the bag, and aggressively removes the bowl that was missing an item. She needs CSR training.

Stood at the to go pick up counter for 10mins and 3 people ignored me. Meanwhile 3 other guest waiting in line to order got their meal before they grabbed mine on the back counter. Customer service and basic communication doesn’t exist anymore. And the soda taste bad.

Had a great experience, the cashier Yuliana took my order and was very friendly and helpful. The cook Cristina served a very good chicken and steak bowl as well!
Made an order online through their website and the driver gives me the wrong order I give it back and he tells me it's their fault so I don't get my money back and I don't get my food and no one wants to be accountable and resolve this. RIDICULOUS. I call the store and she has no clue what to do and there is no way to complain to anyone else!!

I came into this establishment to order a bowl for my sister, they had both doors opened when I arrived as soon as i walked in and employee came outside locked one of the doors and, went to his car (which was parked by me) he stared into my car with my sister and daughter in side. When I got to the counter I asked the worker about a sauce (that my sister wanted) she said she would put it on the side with my bowl (but she didn’t) so I asked about it and that’s when it became more of a issue, like how dare you ask about the sauce, acted like we never had the discussion about the sauce or anything. Thing about it I’ve lived in this area longer than they have been here I think you should have respect for anyone walking into your establishment!!!!!!!

Purchase 3 chicken veggie bowls, upon arrival not ready. The cook said we will get them ready now and it looked as he placed previously cooked chicken and just heated. NO taste and dry. Message sent via the app to receive a response However someone needs to oversee the operations

Waba is great...they have these new tacos now that are so delicious! Always fresh and hot and awesome.The girls aren't super friendly but ok....the big young guy is ok pleasant but he always looks like he is scared to death...lol they have tables, but it's cramped, and ugly. The one in Riverside is very nice, spacious, clean and friendly.
Ordered two plates, they messed up the order. I ordered extra chicken and paid 5$ for it and didn't receive it. These people always mess up orders. Go to flame broiler instead save yourself the trouble. This happened today 3/24/24. Morning shift
I've been coming here for years and never really had issues until today. The quality of the food was good but it's ridiculous to charge $8.89 for a chicken bowl and only get 3.5 ounces of chicken. The mini bowl had 2.3 ounces. I understand the cost of labor, food and overhead have gone up but to charge almost $9 for a bowl of rice is absurd. When i asked the staff member about the amount of chicken her response was " we cut down on portions, but you could order a side of chicken".

Me and my wife stopped going to this location off magnolia. The last three times our chicken bowls where BURNT,DRY,COLD. I stopped going here months ago and decided to give it one more try. Once again food was not good! My wife and I will never be back at any WABA GRILL. Money is to hard to earn and fast food QUALITY has gone down the toilet where WABA grill belongs.
