I paid $22 for lunch for lunch do you really think it was a good idea to raise minimum wage now we cannot afford to eat at them. The only fast food chain that has it right is in and out I can get lunch for $9.40 there. Also how come you only have two people working one person cooking and one person part-time helping the customers and the other time cooking? I think it's time that fast food chains just start to shut down completely it's just not worth it. You will need to be like in and out if you are going to make it with the higher cost of living in California. What I also felt weird I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes and I was not greeted and then someone came for a pickup order they were greeted and told I'll be right with you while still ignoring me and then went and helped them first. That's probably why I'm writing this review. Do better at customer service. Food was not that great steak tasted like chemicals filled with fat Grizzle, I still have indigestion all day from it I do not think I'll be back here again

So last week I came in here and ordered a bowl, which I actually got the wrong proteins at that point I did call in Waba Grill and talk to a manager, which at that point they told me to come in the next time I was in the area because I couldnāt come back at that present time so here on my next visit and talked with our manager and she said since they donāt have their call book they can honor what they agreed upon when I called them. Definitely with the restaurant industry you do have to remember this is the hospitality field so making me wait you know excess time why am on my short break to call and confirm because the book is not here is something that should be handled right away. If there are multiple guests, you should ask for help from somebody else in the kitchen just so weāre handled in the order. We came in first come first serve. Been coming to Waba Grill for a long time lately Iāve had issues not only with service, but with the app not working I think itās something that the company really needs to address. There are other similar places like flame broiler they have a similar menu with lower pricing. Please figure it out and step up the game. I donāt think Iāll ever return to this flame boiler again. Whatever little girl was working the counter tonight, dark hair, glasses, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked if we were there for pick up, we told her the name, she pushed the bag to us and walked away without saying a word. We were missing items, so she turns around when she notices us standing there, waiting, and says, āWhat?ā I told her what we were missing, she then proceeds to sarcastically throw/drop the items into the bag, and aggressively removes the bowl that was missing an item. She needs CSR training.

Stood at the to go pick up counter for 10mins and 3 people ignored me. Meanwhile 3 other guest waiting in line to order got their meal before they grabbed mine on the back counter. Customer service and basic communication doesnāt exist anymore. And the soda taste bad.

Made an order online through their website and the driver gives me the wrong order I give it back and he tells me it's their fault so I don't get my money back and I don't get my food and no one wants to be accountable and resolve this. RIDICULOUS. I call the store and she has no clue what to do and there is no way to complain to anyone else!!

I came into this establishment to order a bowl for my sister, they had both doors opened when I arrived as soon as i walked in and employee came outside locked one of the doors and, went to his car (which was parked by me) he stared into my car with my sister and daughter in side. When I got to the counter I asked the worker about a sauce (that my sister wanted) she said she would put it on the side with my bowl (but she didnāt) so I asked about it and thatās when it became more of a issue, like how dare you ask about the sauce, acted like we never had the discussion about the sauce or anything. Thing about it Iāve lived in this area longer than they have been here I think you should have respect for anyone walking into your establishment!!!!!!!

Purchase 3 chicken veggie bowls, upon arrival not ready. The cook said we will get them ready now and it looked as he placed previously cooked chicken and just heated. NO taste and dry. Message sent via the app to receive a response
