This was my go-to Waba grill. Now, not so much! had the chicken plate with white meat and all salad. And side of dumplings. Dumplings were cold and not fresh at all. The food was okay. Also, managers are not too nice at times. Cheap guy.

I finally decided to give WabaGrill a try on my lunch break. The manager helped me at the counter & I told him it was my first time here. He offered me samples of 3 types of their meats & a pork veggie dumpling. I thought that was awesome !! He was very friendly & also gave me samples of all the different sauce options. It's hard to find good customer service these days & I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurants clean & the food was made to order & served quickly. I'll definitely be back.

Got a steak bowl with veggies and 5 pc dumpling. Some of the dumplings were burnt and hard to eat/chew. My steak was over cooked and hard I never really do reviews. I was really hungry waiting for my food and my food wasn’t even good. Spend $23 too.

Vegetarians beware!!! If you order the tofu bowl be present and watch! The kid cut it on the meat board with all the other meat pieces. I politely asked him to remake it and he gave me attitude. No apology. Not at all understanding. Just attitude. At that point I may have told him he needed to be more considerate when making a vegetarian dish. Check number 114 10/13/23 6:10pm

EVERYTIME I've been in the manager Gustavo has always been professional/kind. There was an issue only once with an employee. I visited the store to discuss with Gustavo and he corrected the issue I had. I appreciate him and those BOOM BOOM TACOS
Good healthy food I love the steak and Chicken bowl over brown rice with fresh veges I am happy they opened one in Orangecrest

Date night - we try new places every week- food was very tasty - we had the teriyaki steak plate and some dumplings. Staff was very friendly and place was clean. Will definitely come again.

Would like to give a 0 star if possible but I digress. Every-time I come here they get my order wrong. Working in a service industry I try to reserve judgment and extend grace as I understand most places are understaffed and people are over worked. Today I ordered a Rib plate with brown rice. When I arrived knowing better from past experiences I check my order, of course it was wrong. That is not what bothered me, accidents happen. The staff proceeds to accuse me of ordering it wrong when I let them know. They told me I am only able to order this item on the phone. When I told them I did, they insisted I hadn't or that I'd ordered it wrong. Like I'm not well aware of the difference between using a phone to order and online. I'm on my lunch break and pressed for time and found it to be a nuisance to have to go back and fourth with them rather than them just fixing. Then the guy charging me for random items to make the difference and pretty much just guessing at a figure. I guess he found it suitable that I'm to pay whatever he deemed fit for their mistake.
As coming here for the first time it was an exceptionally wonderful experience and I'd definitely come back!
