I've been there 2 times in the past 4-6 weeks. Both times they messed my order up. First time I got a chicken biscuit with no honey butter, went to eat it and it had honey butter on it. My husband went through the drive thru today and again they messed my sandwich up. He asked to add a couple thing to my chicken sandwich and for some reason they think that means don't put the stuff on the sandwich that it comes with. And no one answer the phone so they can at least attempt to make it right. The employees need to better reading comprehension and this store definitely needs better management. Wont be back.

Saucy garlic parm nuggs...oily, greasy Apple pecan salad...HUGE portion, fresh, tasting ! Fresh lemonade...perfect blend tart & sweet This location seemed rather overwhelmed with the mini rush, orders were messed up ( but fixed )...but scant customers inside,where we dined, so not sure why issues

I was speaking loud in the drive thru so the girl could hear me, and she said, "You don't have to be rude." I don't take kindly to little girls correcting me in the drive thru. I didn't get an attitude, but I told her I could sample it for her if she needs to see it. ?♀️

Very long drive through line. Out of vanilla frontier. Tried ghost ranch chicken sandwich. No flavor just hot. Did not taste like ranch. Very expensive

I don’t come to eat here often never usually have a problem but tonight I was a bit disappointed after a long shift at work I got late night dinner didn’t want to cook since I got off at 11:15pm so I got what I thought was a jr baconnator to get home and find out I was given what looked like a kids hand-burger I was very disappointed especially because it was my only dinner and was extremely hungry :(

I do my Jr cheese burger custom. There's a 50/50 chance of the order being right. And the drink machines are often shut off. When it's right, it's good. I often use the mobile app to place my order... strange thing is a third of the time the offer disappears before I arrive at the restaurant. I like to wait until arrival to order, so my meal is hot.

I went through the drive through and this young kid took my order but didn’t listen at all to my saucy nuggets order I asked for spicy and he gave me non spicy the. Forgot my drink and gave me cold food idk what joke of a restaurant this is but I want my money back this is a joke and ridiculous i would rather eat out of the dumpster in the back that way nobody could possibly mess my order up, will not be returning and letting everybody know in riverside not to come to this Wendy’s.
I can't use the app in this place, the employees said that the scanner doesn't work, for a month, this is unacceptable.
