Disappointing Service at Wendy’s

I recently visited this Wendy’s location and was disappointed with the service. The cashier, a young Mexican girl, didn’t greet me or even look up while taking my order. When I asked if I could use the restroom, she ignored me and just continued without acknowledging my question. On top of that, I didn’t receive all the condiments I asked for, and when I tried to request them, I was completely ignored. The management needs to step up and retrain the staff to provide better customer service, starting with something as simple as saying “hi.”

They didn’t cook the hamburgers all of the way. This is especially dangerous for children due to E. Coli. I called the restaurant (horrible customer service too) and they said I had to bring the food back in order to receive a partial refund. This wasn’t an option because I do not live close. I had to throw away my food. Will not be coming back here again and will warn others to avoid this location.

I drove a long ways to find a Wendy's with late hours after spending many hours in ER and getting out after most fast foods were closed. It was well worth the trip to satisfy my craving for their jr bacon cheese burger.

The food was hot however the fries were over cooked as though they had been dropped twice and tasted burnt. When I took them in the store and explained this to the manager she looked at me as though I have three heads. As a 15 we yr veteran fast food mgr and supervisor this manner toward customers is unacceptable. I will not return to this store with the current management due to food handling practices and her attitude.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility but make sure you take someone with you to help you if needed because I can't forsee this crew being very helpful or having their game on as far as customer service.

The guy that took our order was nice , I forgot my phone restroom and had to drive back ( 35 minutes) it was still in the same spot I left it .

Parking: Parking has plenty of spots to park , saw more cars in the drive thru.

Horrible service mexican old lady with black hair tells student workers to kust keep the same drink and pick out the ice cubes I they get a drink wrong. I ordered and paid for extra syrup and I git what they wanted to give me NOT what I paid for
July 30th at around 8 pm who ever was the manager at that time ruined my drink in the video you can see how much syrup I got when I paid for extra then they have someone's number on Google not the right phone number poorly managed
