This Wendy's is so unprofessional
Everything you go thru the drive there can be no cars behind and they still make you park
I've been here 5 times and my order still was not correct. I advise corporate to come and investigate this matter .

We come to Wendy's a lot I ordered through the app a lot I have a lot of points. At this particular Wendy's the three times I've tried to redeem my points they always tell me that their system is down. But they won't call a manager to try to fix it. It seems like a bit of a scam they don't want to give me the free foods that I've earned. Today happens for the third time. Your system works just fine when it's time to take my money but when it's time to give me my free food that I've earned all of a sudden your system is down, pretty annoying. We'll see what happens next time

I went through the drive through yesterday Sep 29, 2024 at the location on Tyler in Riverside around 5:30pm placed my order and when I got to the window to pay I questioned the amount my question was answered and I paid for my order after receiving my order I pulled forward and checked my order… it was NOT what I ordered so I parked and went inside . I told the cashier this was not my order he asked what did I order I told him with the manager standing right there he took the bag and she took it from him and threw it in the trash, she didn’t say one word to me not we’ll correct our error, no apology……NOTHING!!!! Very unprofessional and rude I was treated as if Iit was my fault I received the wrong orderr!!!!!! Finally i was given the correct order and I left, however I absolutely WILL NOT visit this location again and I advise anyone who patronize this location to not expect customer service on any scale these people clearly need training in customer service (manager and staff) and also check your order before you leave !!!

Front lobby cashiers need more training in customer service.
And also, the drive thru lady, she's heavy set, and is very RUDE! Not a thank YOU or a Good Bye, Good Day, nothing, just Rude! Unhappy with her JOB!
