came into this Wendy’s today at 2:30 PM did not feel welcomed at all. Wasn’t offered to order I was standing there trying to order so i could use the restroom after but wasn’t helped at all. They just stared at me like I was crazy.i was trying to use a restroom and was told only one restroom was for the public and the other was for employees only even though It was open so I just ended up leaving ,the lady at the front desk with The mask did not help at all or the other cook that walked right by me .so I think lll go eat somewhere else.

I go here literally all the time I have never had an issue. The one time I do I try to call because I was on my way into work and couldn’t turn around. And they kept answering the phone and immediately hanging up. So I couldn’t even explain the issue. I work in food so I get stuff happens but to not even answer the phone? I had to call corporate to get any form of help and I didn’t want to be that person . But I’m not spending 11 dollars on ROTTEN milk in my coffee. It is literally chunky and sour. I get the coffee every morning. This is the first time it’s tasted like this. And honestly I’m more frustrated they can’t even answer the phone when all I wanted was to come by later and get a new one. Ridiculous

THE LADY AT THE DRIVE THRU WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. She had dark hair idk if the color shirts mean anything but she wore a red shirt and had braces. I was having issues with my bank on my app so I was at the first window mind you no one was behind me and she sticks her hand out the window and says hello like I’m dumb or something… And I told her When I got to the window, I was having issues with my bank. I was trying to figure out and I gave her my card. She has an attitude like she doesn’t wanna be there And I just felt like she kept giving dirty. Looks the Small amount of time I was in line I don’t know what her problem is, but her attitude just ruined my day and I didn’t get a receipt

Got 2 sandwiches and fries i asked for 2 honey mustard one for me and one for my wife she said i only put one inside i said oh let me get another one and said oh their not free 75cents like what !!! Since when can only one person get once sauce and the other person what share off mine ?
I just went to the store at 3565 central in riverside, no one came to the counter finally I asked for help they said wait a minute but was only focusing on the drive thru, after waiting 10 minutes left. This is the second Wendy's I have gone to, they do not want to honor coupons and employees are rude and don't have time to help you, plus prices are outrageous.

I asked if the chicken sandwich was white breast the cashier and the manager said they can't give nutritional information. No toilet paper. Very poor uncleaned . Everything is dirty sticky if I can give no star I would have. One thing I know I will never come here again that was my first and last.
