Wetzel's Pretzels

I paid almost $10 for this cup and was really hungry, but I almost ate a questionable bite. This could have made me sick. I am very disappointed and don’t think I’ll return.

I got two slushy today the hot chocolate and orange dream, made up for 50% air and barely anything sweet . Truly the worst slushy ive ever had ! Better off getting them at AM/PM.

Edit: dear manager, instead of offering me a replacement or gift card , I contacted the main company through their website ! Truly a horrible manager . Especially after mentioning I was scammed out of two drinks because incompetent workers that aren't trained to at least make sure they are serving something edible. Auntie Annes will be taking my money next time!

I am a big fan of Wetzel pretzel 🥨 I love them items and drinks but The wetzel pretzel on the 2nd floor at the Tyler mall not favorite spot. I order a pretzel 🥨 not a skinny, burnt one. I return my pretzel and told the girl that it’s Burnt and I ask for another one when she showed me one it was burnt too!😡 she was literally burning the pretzels 🥨 🔥💨 then she offer to make a fresh one and that it will be 10mins so I waited I watch her make a batch and place them in the oven. It was still under 10mins when she pull my pretzel out it was not fully baked I tip her for offering to bake it fresh and I like wetzel but when I got it failed apart 😤😡. NEVER EVER AGAIN Wetzel manager seriously train your staff to properly bake 🥨 and please stop severing skinny burnt 🥨🔥💨 😤
For my 🥨 ppl you know who you are
if you get a 🥨 go to the one on the 1st floor it’s way better and 🥨 are hot fresh and thicker

I just left this establishment after having to go in and exchange the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites that my son purchased. This was my second time getting them with very little to no cinnamon and sugar. Once I asked for the exchange they were laughing in the back and not professional. It was 3 girls and a guy work . I normally do not post my experiences or reviews but this I absolutely had to do. The manager and owner need to train more professional workers that make their food better.

This pretzels place was great, good and fast service, also great pretzels.

It seems to be a toss up whether you get a good one or not. Obviously a fresh one would be the best case scenario but perhaps you’d just have to get the timing lucky. The first time I had never tried a pretze place like this before and I tried the jalapeño pepperoni one and it was FANTASTIC. The second time I visited I got another one which was clearly older and had been in the warmer too long. But for a place like this I think it’s about what you’d expect. Unfortunately I can’t justify the prices, but perhaps that’s just 2023 for you. Use the rewards app, you get bonuses and stuff!

I always stop by here when I go to the mall the customer service is fantastic, and the pretzels are always soft! Erica is a great employee she's always helpful when I see her! Keep up the great work.... :)

Really like these pretzels.
Recommend the pizza bitz for something salty and the cin-a-bitz for something sweet.

They have 4 different frozen drinks and my toddler wanna to try a small sample of one so if he like it we can buy a cup. But guess what they don't do samples and so if we buy it randomly and don't like we can't return it as well. No more of this franchise for me anymore.

Asked for the Bits and got some stale crunchy ones D': wanted a strawberry lemonade but got some frozen regular D'x Just make sure to ask for them fresh peeps.

They replaced my soda when it tasted weird

Got a burned, hard pretzel and asked for a fresh one which was exactly the same.

Horrible customer service and the lady dropped my card instead on handing it directly to me.

Great specialty pretzels and Erica's hot, give her a raise

These pretzels are fantastic, everyone should try them, the staff is very friendly.
