It seems to be a toss up whether you get a good one or not. Obviously a fresh one would be the best case scenario but perhaps you’d just have to get the timing lucky. The first time I had never tried a pretze place like this before and I tried the jalapeño pepperoni one and it was FANTASTIC. The second time I visited I got another one which was clearly older and had been in the warmer too long. But for a place like this I think it’s about what you’d expect. Unfortunately...

I always stop by here when I go to the mall the customer service is fantastic, and the pretzels are always soft! Erica is a great employee she's always helpful when I see her! Keep up the great work.... :)

we normally don't visit these kind of snack places when we visit the mall but on this recent visit the smell was just too strong and we were pulled in. we ordered the cinnamon sugar bites and it was a great decision. they did put a big sized portion amount but the price did seem a bit steep for what it ultimately was. i don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon but on the off chance that we want a snack again, we will know where to go.
