The absolute slowest drive-thru I've ever sat

Don't get me wrong. The food is always good and delicious here, but the customer service is 1 star. More than half the time I get treated rudely by the drive-through cashier. There's one in particular that sounds like she actually hates her job and the way she talks to you with her tone, makes you feel like she doesn't like you either. The one that has a heavy accent is OK, she's nice most of the time, but they do make wrong amount charges on your debit card so you have to make sure to look at your receipt.

This location never messes up our order and the food is always good. The service is pretty solid as well. I like that they have a little window you can order at if you feel like getting down.

Food is always luke warm and never piping hot . My mom took me to a doc appointment in LA Quinta and we went to that one , food was much fresher and hotter . She's like why can't they serve food this hot in Riverside.
The service was totally disrespectful. There no greeting the server just hand me the food and then closed the window no Thank you. The fries were not fresh. I wish there was a negative button. Customer service is terrible and they want more money.Parking: None
