Left more than 4 hairs in my food, three short ones and one long one , I think it was on purpose, they won’t answer my calls to make a complaint and on top of that, as bad as it sound the hair went in my mouth, disgusting and unimaginable how there could be more than 4 hairs in a small order of bacon ranc chili Cheese fries.

I've never heard of Weinerschnitzel locations not accepting all coupons listed on the website but guess they started doing this!! I left the drive thru without purchasing anything at all. So instead of losing out on a few bucks in profit, you lost today's money and future money with this horrible business decision. So sad that Weinerschnitzel has become money hungry and their quality has diminished completely. We used to crave Weinerschnitzel all the time but with the insane price hikes and degrading quality, and now NOT ACCEPTING CERTAIN COUPONS? Yeah, gg. ✌🏼

People with medical emergencies begging to use the restroom should not be shaken down to make a purchase in order to use your restroom. They even offered to do so afterwards and you copped an attitude like it was your personal money he was about to skip out on. The community knows this is an anti-homeless policy, and use against the general public looks bad on the company overall. We will not be bringing our family to your establishment ever again. Charging to use the restroom is gross anyway.

Just left out the drive-thru tried to go in but they had the door locked it’s 3 employees inside the lady had a attitude and rude over taking my order, I hope management takes a look into this
