My food was hot and I had hardly a wait. The staff named Hope. You did an amazing job with that positive attitude. You put me in such a good mood by your presence! I was having a bad day.

Me and my husband just had the worst drive through experience ever! We are the only ones in line to begin we ordered two smoothies, one strawberry and one chocolate Oreo. The strawberry flavored one (mine) had a sour taste unfortunately. We requested a refund from the store manager since she is the one who took our order and had already given back the smoothie, the request was denied. The manager then said that I can exchange for another menu item so I asked what other 4.99-5 dollar menu item could I get. The manager screamed and said she don’t have time to go through the menu and said to go around again in the drive through line. There were no other cars in the drive through and the conversation ended with me asking for corporates number and then being lied too stating it is on the receipt. The manager Emma(is the name she gave us) slammed the window in our faces and left us there with no refund and no smoothie. I am simply requesting a refund for my order of the strawberry smoothie and would like for action to be taken against the store manager for how she treated me and my husbands that includes screaming, yelling , lying and without a replacement or refund. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Cold corn dogs, ice cream Sundays on 3 separate occasions does not look like picture cup only filled not even half way majority whip cream. not worth the money.. will not visit again..

Clean dining area and the food was exactly what you hope for from a Wienerschnitzel! The friendly and efficient counter girl taking orders was especially great. We even saw her outside, cleaning and picking trash in a less than desirable parking lot. Well done, thank you! She deserves a raise! My friend and I were there on 6-26-24, around noon.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Maybe this one’s on me and I just don’t really like Wienerschnitzel that much. I’m nothing was really wrong about what they served me but nothing was really good either I ate all of it and I wasn’t hungry anymore and it wasn’t terrible.
