If I could give negative stars I would... Service was trash, they didn't even say a word the whole time... Ordered 50 dollars worth of food, have 2 mustard, 2 ketchups, 2 napkins... We were the only ones in there the whole 45 minutes we were there and now I know why... This location is trash.

They are under staffed when I was there.
I paid for 4 hot dogs, but had only 3 when I opened the bag at home. I tried calling them but they would not answer the phone. Yes, I'm pissed they cheated me, and pissed I trusted them not to cheat me.

I like my fries super crispy and they actually listen to me and prepare them the way I like them.
Robin, Josephine if that’s their real names would not give me a ranch with my jalapeño poppers after they messed up my order and if you have melanin on your skin be ready to be treated differently than if you don’t. Me and my wife were profiled heavily. Extremely poor customer service. Oh and the cook is cross contaminating orders putting her hands on the phone and then food with no gloves. We all know how many germs phones carry ???

Do not go to this location on mission grove, they are charging way more than other locations for the same meal. I got charged $24 for a medium double chili dog combo with all beef, and a corn dog. Keep in mind the combo on the menu says it's around $11. That means the upgrade to all beef and a corn dog was apparently more expensive than the combo itself. I put the same order in at the location on central, and it was around $16. This has happened twice and the first time I wasn't given a receipt. Avoid this location!
