Winchell's Donut House

Terrible service from Julia, I ordered a dozen of donuts and she put me 14 pieces in one box and bags, when I asked to give me or sold me another box she refused and said she need do ask to her manager, she called and just move his fingers saying NO! Have a good day. I kindly explain I’m driving far and all the chocolate got melted but she just don’t want to understand.

There are two people literally making dough in the back at 1am and telling me to wait, when they are open 24 hours. They wouldn’t open the window nor attend me. I left. On their donut shelves it’s all full, so not sure why they are making all these made dough when I’m there waiting at 1am with some sketchy loiters. I JUST WANTED A DONUT!

Their food is good and delicious, and their prices are reasonable. The donuts are fresh and soft, and don't miss the bagels with pastrami and onions, awesome.

This place needs to close down asap. All the employees are rude especially the tall guy with the glasses. They literally had people waiting around for nothing, like what is the point of placing an order. I waited 30 mins for a bagel!!!!! The place is very unsanitary, floors are sticky flies landing on the food. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

One of my favorite fast foods when I come to California. The extreme melt bacon avocado is delicious and so are the donuts in general. The service is good, the cashier who was there tonight was very friendly and efficient at all times.

This opinion is for the stupid old lady who is at 3:22 on Friday, June 28, before the man who comes in to pick up an order that you haven't placed, I understand that you ignore me and do it, then another person comes in right at the exit door and You reached out to her and then you ignored me again, I was a bad old mower or stupid, I pass here every afternoon and the treatment is great but you're disgusting, raise your ?
