I want to point out that this particular Wingstop location is one of the dirtiest I've visited—though not the absolute worst. It's unclear to me whether the franchise conducts regular inspections of its stores, but based on the condition of this one, it doesn't seem like cleanliness and maintenance are a priority.
The dining area was neglected, with sticky, poorly stocked drink stations and an overall lack of cleanliness. It’s disappointing to see such low standards when it comes to the environment where both employees work and customers dine.
As for the food, it’s consistently average—not terrible, but not great either. I believe part of the issue lies in how employees are trained and managed. Uniforms, for instance, can help bring back a sense of pride and professionalism in the workplace. A clean, well-presented team can often lead to better food quality and customer service.
Additionally, staff could benefit from better training in customer interaction and hospitality. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that conditions improve in the future. Unfortunately, I’ve seen multiple Wingstop locations with similar issues, so this might be a broader problem across the chain.

My boys wanted to try Wingstop today as we’ve never had it before . We thought we were missing out on something but boy we were wrong ! I don’t get the hype ! Fries are just awful ! We have 3 baskets full of fries cus they’re just not good at all . Tried them with ranch , ketchup , NOTHING could save them .
As for the wings they have a nice crisp to them but the flavors are just not good . We got the “popular” flavor . Lemon pepper (more like lemon oil ) Spicy koren (it was not spicy & it had a funny taste to them ) & mild that was just watery sauce .

Agree with other reviews that the food is unsanitary, under sauced and over cooked. The service is subpar, staff is pretty rude. Atmosphere is whatever. The soda foundation is flat. Every drink is flat and it just tastes like heavy syrup water.
I loved the fries. Good portion of fries omg! Chicken tenders are good but I got them to spicey tho

I chose to not get food from here because their wings are always over-cooked and under-sauced but my husband decided to place an order for himself anyway.
This may be his last time ever at this location as he found a long, black hair in his food. Mind you, we are both black individuals with natural CURLY hair. This couldn't have been ours. The diligence and cleanliness of this location needs to be analyzed as this is extremely concerning and unsanitary.

The employees were kind and helpful. I only eat twice a day and I ate Wingstop yesterday evening. This morning I woke up with a rash on my face and diarrhea. I did find a piece of chicken that was not cooked thoroughly yesterday even but I decided to finish. I will probably never come back to this specific Wingstop.
