I ordered online and got my food where my order was wrong, I went to go let them know in the front where the cashier told me to get my order sticker for her. When I came back she was helping an order and some guy came up to me, no hi no whats wrong just a hand gesture, basically saying what do I need. I told him my order was wrong, completely wrong btw, and that here's the stickers for the actual order. He grabbed my box and didnt say a single word and left. Order came back to me from another girl and it was wrong again. This place is a complete joke and a mess.

I want to point out that this particular Wingstop location is one of the dirtiest I've visitedāthough not the absolute worst. It's unclear to me whether the franchise conducts regular inspections of its stores, but based on the condition of this one, it doesn't seem like cleanliness and maintenance are a priority.
The dining area was neglected, with sticky, poorly stocked drink stations and an overall lack of cleanliness. Itās disappointing to see such low standards when it comes to the environment where both employees work and customers dine.
As for the food, itās consistently averageānot terrible, but not great either. I believe part of the issue lies in how employees are trained and managed. Uniforms, for instance, can help bring back a sense of pride and professionalism in the workplace. A clean, well-presented team can often lead to better food quality and customer service.
Additionally, staff could benefit from better training in customer interaction and hospitality. Iām sharing this feedback in the hope that conditions improve in the future. Unfortunately, Iāve seen multiple Wingstop locations with similar issues, so this might be a broader problem across the chain.

My boys wanted to try Wingstop today as weāve never had it before . We thought we were missing out on something but boy we were wrong ! I donāt get the hype ! Fries are just awful ! We have 3 baskets full of fries cus theyāre just not good at all . Tried them with ranch , ketchup , NOTHING could save them .
As for the wings they have a nice crisp to them but the flavors are just not good . We got the āpopularā flavor . Lemon pepper (more like lemon oil ) Spicy koren (it was not spicy & it had a funny taste to them ) & mild that was just watery sauce .

Agree with other reviews that the food is unsanitary, under sauced and over cooked. The service is subpar, staff is pretty rude. Atmosphere is whatever. The soda foundation is flat. Every drink is flat and it just tastes like heavy syrup water.
