Wasted a trip to pick up a pre-paid order. Was refused to be served my order because the card that “I” paid with thru the app was not with me. I offered to show the order details on my phone via the app and this young and rude girl repeatedly points to a “store policy” that ONLY they have posted only at this store requiring to show last 4 of card. The APP does NOT require this nor is it posted anywhere. SO, instead of working with me - the order and the food (gets wasted) yet, I can say cancel the order and somehow that can happen and Im told the refund will be in 7-days. Very poor attitude and a person that can ONLY point to piece of paper instead of working with the customer who had ALL the order details via the APP on their phone.

When I went to ask for my order to be canceled, the "assistant manager" (some person named jacky) got an attitude stating "it's not like it was in the kitchen, but ok". I also heard "they're coming from outside" Like do these people know how reach infestations work??

excellent service and better tasting wings then BWW. also fast and still hot when I arrived home to munch. fires extra seasoning hit the spot all the timethe employee Judith that rung me up was precise on my order got it all at the first time. didn't get confused even though my order is a bit confusing at times being a big order. and was fast to get it out.
