I usually love wing stop but this location is really hard to love …
Placed an order and it was ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready so highly disappointed.
Fries & wing came out hot so that’s all that matters I guess lol.
If your not on a time crunch then get dinner here

So I ordered my food. Delivery went well. When I was getting ready to eat. I noticed my cheese fries weren't in the bag. I called them to tell them my fries were missing and what they planned to do about it. Manager said only 2 options. Either pick it up or get a refund on the fries. Why the hell would I go pick it up in person when I got delivery for a reason. Completely idiotic. Manager didn't even seem to care either. Sounded like a damn little kid. Definitely won't be going back.
amazing place! great customer service and we speedily got our food. special thanks to Luis for helping us out! Me and my party had a big order but he helped out a lot. Would definitely come again :)

My pick up order was handed to me incomplete.
I go to this location to order food like usual. The problem I had today was in regards to a rude unprofessional worker who rudely interrupted me everytime I tried to place a order. Female worker kept rushing me and talked over me everytime I try to say something. I had to make sure I check my food to make sure the individual did not spit in my food out of spite for disabled customers. Worker proceeded to go to the break room to laugh about the way I talked. Wingstop does not have customer service to file a complaint to get the worker fired from her job at this location, also does not have a nametag. Description of the individual: height 5'4, red long hair, Caucasian, glasses. I am definitely not going to this Arlington Ave location anymore until things change with the work environment of workers discriminating against disabled people.

I did a party order for my husbands 40th bday and they gave me the wrong order I spent over 150 and missed half the order when the delivered was so annoyed. When I called in to pick up my remake order and made an additional order over the phone and they said it would be ready in 18 min it took me 35 min to get there. When I arrived they said the manager never put in the order... I had to tell them my order agian and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order. Honestly every time I order here at this location whether delivery or the phone. They always get my order wrong.........

Seriously disappointed. I have just finished an 18-hour shift running my own business coming back from an event I'm tired I'm hungry.
I figured I would get wings for me and my wife since we're both tired and don't want to cook as I'm standing there to order I hear them talking and saying that they're close to running out to ranch I asked the manager are you going to have enough ranch for my order he said yes. If he had said no I wouldn't have ordered
I ordered 40 wings and paid for two large ranches usually I'm okay with waiting it's a long day I'm about to get the food that I paid for as I'm given the food they told me they're out of ranch that they did not have enough for the two large ranches they only have enough for four small ranches I paid $12 and taxes for two large ranches I asked for a refund because I wouldn't have put my order in if they weren't going to have enough ranch Manager told me he was going to have it.
They gave me attitude didn't want to refund me saying that they're not allowed to refund worst part is I paid with my debit card so I can't do a chargeback.
I got home and they forgot myango habanero
I had to return back to the store
I'm calling corporate tomorrow morning this is BS
