Every time I come here it's something else either they take forever even though I order through the app I still have to wait past the window to pick it up or the order is wrong in a very on purpose way it's so unprofessional there

The wings were.. Meh, the fries were soggy, the reason I didn't give them less stars is because I did a walk in order between 2 NFL playoff games. So I know they were busy, and I understood and patiently waited for half an hour. But still, the food was not very good

Horrible staff and horrible service. Every single time. I will no long eat at this location. I also had to get my order cancelled because they didnât have food. I told them to refund my online order since they couldnât make it for me, itâs now been 4 weeks and I still have not received a refund. Everytime I call they tell me itâs out of their control and it will take some time. How much time could it possibly take. The mangers have horrible customer service.

Warning!! Do not order from this location. They have the worst costumer service and always get my order wrong and never willing to work something out. All they sell is wings and canât even get the order correct. Save yourself a headache and DONT GO HERE!!!!

They got our food wrong made us drive back, acting like gas is free, and this isn't the first time they do this. They will religiously forget orders.
The worst customer service ever. The time the items will be made are never accurate. The worker on the front ignored me for over 30+ minutes when I was patiently waiting in line for an update. After I asked a final time (my order was supposed to be ready at 2:20 and it wasnât). She said âwe called it outâ. I was at the front for over 30 minutes and they never did. I only recommend going here if you want to wait 30+ minutes/be ignored/ and then eat cold food.

Ordered a combo for two people, the 15 for 2, I only got 12 wings, and they didnât even get the order right, I asked for ALL Lemon Pepper and they gave me Mild and SOME Lemon Pepper, to top it off this place is completely disgusting, trash everywhere, no trash cans, and no A/C, IN CALIFORNIA. This place quite literally sucks. No wonder this place gets only Online Orders and Pick-ups.

Worst Wingstop I have been to... Very unfriendly.. They lack communication... And they got the order wrong and when I brought it to there attention they stood in the back talking about my order as if I did something wrong. They didn't even apologize or anything. And food was poorly packaged and didn't taste that great either...if I could give ZERO stars I would... Very disappointed as I love Wingstop but this location such a disappointment to even be considered a Wingstop. Just wasted $80 and in this economy... is just depressing!!

Waited 40min for an online order and the wings werenât even properly coated. Drink fountain had hardly any drinks and the drinks it did have tasted like carbonated water. Horrible experience. Wouldnât recommend this Wingstop unless you have time to waste.
