Honestly, one of the worst wingstop experiences I've ever had! We had 3 separate orders of tenders and they gave it to us all on one box, number 1,,,number 2, since when are we chopping up old chicken pattys & throwing sauce on them and calling it a tender because that's exactly what we got. It was soggy and old and when we tried calling, the lady who picked up was being rude as if it was our problem that they made them that way.

March 17th. I ordered 10 pcs chicken wings with garlic Parmesan flavor and a regular fries. . I got my order and when I got home I had Cajun wings with thick look like a wedge fries... I called and told me to bro f it back and they will add 5 wings to my order. I asked how long it will take for my order to get ready? she ( staff I was talking on the phone) said 10 mins. I said okay..... order was ready and I asked if they add the 5 pcs chicken . She said "oh I did not know. She ( she's referring to the person I talked on the phone) said that? Okay I will add the chicken." I was upset because it was 10:30pm at night. Instead of having my dinner a little earlier, it was very late.

This place is not clean at all from the floor tables even when you pay is oily a restaurant is supposed to be clean and have a fresh environment for the clients oil in the soda machine you can even smell the oil outside before you open the door this place needs to have employees have the restaurant fresh and clean NOT good at all

One star for getting part of the order right. Ordered wings, carrots and fries. Don't judge me, I was hungry and just wanted to drink a gallon of Wingstop ranch for lunch (can you blame me?!!) anyways, i was asked to fill out a survey for the free carrots. Don't twist my arm, because i love a freebe. At any rate, filled out the survey and gave them 5 stars in advance only to get old, cold, soggy fries, wings sitting in a pool of oil and no carrots after I paid for extra ranch to dip them in. Needless to say I was home when I realized I had been bamboozled!
Just came in & had ordered through their website, was immediately greeted & the workers were nice. The ice machine ran out of ice and the girl with short hair refilled it for me. I don't normally review chains but this location was awesome - wasn't packed & our food came out good. Thank you!
