My family and I love WingStop but this is the last time going to this store location. Store is understaffed. Last visit only two employees running the store on a busy evening. I ordered pick up thru the WingStop app, order on app gave me an estimate time for food to be ready and food wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after the estimated time. I walked in and no orders were ready and employee asks for my name and when checks order says it would be a few minutes. As I waited patiently orders were being placed on the ready shelves without them being called. I waited over 30 minutes past the estimated time and got a bit inpatient when I got up to ask how much longer for my order, when I gave my name they checked the shelves and there was my order just sitting. What was upsetting was that while I was waiting for 30 minutes my order had already been sitting there for over 15 minutes without it being called out. When I asked the employee why wasn’t anyone handing out orders they replied with “it just came out”, when I know it had been sitting there for 10+ minutes. Getting home my food was not only cold but the wings were very well done extra crispy and that is not how we ordered them. Not going back ever again.

They started using frozen fries instead of fresh so we stopped coming here. It makes a big difference! Also the wings feel undercooked a little. THE FRIES CHANGE THEM BACK haha it’s not that serious but it is

Please find another wing stop ! Came here 2 times and never experienced a fast food chain this bad. The employees were extremely rude and ghetto!! When I came back to get them seasoned the employee told me to BUY THE SEASONING !??

Been here many times and every time they disappoint. Always missing items. I know it's not the worker's fault, the place seems very understaffed. Because of that, they take longer than usual for the orders to be ready.

We ordered 8 hot honey and 8 lemon pepper and they gave us absolutely no seasoning. When we called to ask for a refund and offered to even bring the uneaten cold wings back they said “the only thing we can do is give you the seasoning on the side” the wings are literally already cold and its not what we paid for. The girls we spoke to today may 25 at 11:50 pm were incredibly rude and unapologetic
The voodoo fries are my favorite. The corn is very good. The customer service is excellent.

Very rude workers, waited over 2 hours for an order, they did not start making it until it reached the 2 hour mark, and to get the free fries survey thing, they look at a tablet and claim it didn’t go through and to just leave a 5 star review instead to receive it. I’ve gone to many other Wingstop locations that just need to see the email and give you the fries. Not coming back ever again.
