Cashier was so rude her name was Maylani…my#was not registered and she didn’t know what to do and was rude about it….so I told her to just charge me…. I could have just left everything….its not like I was getting the yogurt for free I spent almost $60. She still gave my attitude and rolled her eyes when I was done paying…

I took my son and nephews total of 5 and tell me why getting a darn yougurt cost as much as taking them out to eat or maybe even more. $47.75 dollars for 5 single yougurts and no toppings is a robbery.

I am writing to the manager of this yogurtland. The two girls who were working there today (around 7:45 pm) , Monae and another girl (don’t remember her name) failed to provide proper customer service and held up the line. There was one customer trying to become a member on the app (for discount) and this customer was took over 15 mins maybe longer trying to download the app, something was wrong with her sign in. So in this situation if there are 6 customers in line with their ice cream melting, it is common sense to ask the customer to step aside and get the app ready while they ring up the other customers. Each and every person said, “our ice cream is melting!” Finally I said that, either this is very bad customer service, or terrible training from management and everyone’s ice creams have melted. They did not offer me to fill up a fresh cup. They nervously started to ring me up and started taking customers. Also, please put labels on the machines if the ice cream is no longer available.

Clean, not much seating room inside but plenty outdoor seating. The lady who checked us out was really dry. Not very good customer service. Her shirt was really dirty and had Clorox stains. Time for a new shirt. Overall the yogurt was delicious and the bar was clean.
