Last time I went in the young lady spoke when I walked in and she was incredibly nice seeing that I made a mess, i was trying to clean it up and she was patient and nice, kind.

Every time I visit the toppings bar is always messy and needs re-stocking. The strawberries were going bad and kiwi's super mushy. To the point that none of the fruit looked appetizing. I hope management makes it more of a priority to use quality and fresh produce.

Clean, not much seating room inside but plenty outdoor seating. The lady who checked us out was really dry. Not very good customer service. Her shirt was really dirty and had Clorox stains. Time for a new shirt. Overall the yogurt was delicious and the bar was clean.

Nice place to enjoy a quick dessert. There are more than 12 flavors of soft serve. There is a good variety of toppings and syrups. They use a rewards system so you want to set up for that to earn and redeem speciaIs. They no longer provide complimentary water but there is still inside seating as well as outside seating.

I got here after going to Panera next door. There was relatively no wait during that night. All the flavors of my choice were still there. I tried the new flavors: boba milk tea and Thai tea. The Thai tea flavor was pretty sweet but had that tea taste. The boba milk tea was overwhelmingly sweet but still tasted like milk tea. I don't entirely understand where there the boba is supposed appear/taste like in the yogurt. The topping area was still full of options for the night while also being clean and tidy.
The yogurt was like ice milk, not frozen yogurt. Really grainy, not as flavorful as it used to be, and the cheesecake flavor was just a tang, not cheesecake flavor.

Honestly the two workers that were there were hella rude to us and kicking us out of the restaurant with an attitude and standing in front of us even though the place closes at 11 but we got there around 10. Really bad service!
