Extremely Disappointed with Quality and Value

Paid $25 (tax & tip included) for a Pollo Asado combo plate, and honestly, I regret every dollar. What I received looked and tasted like slop—definitely not freshly made or plated with care. Turns out it was scooped straight from a buffet-style serving table in the back, not even from a kitchen order.

The chicken was dry, greasy, and flavorless, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The sides were no better—overcooked rice and watery beans that looked days old. For that kind of price, I expected something cooked to order, not reheated leftovers.

Presentation was terrible too. It was all piled into a to-go box with no care or effort, looking more like cafeteria scraps than a restaurant meal. For $25, this should’ve been a hearty, flavorful, freshly grilled plate—not something that belongs in the trash.

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but between the poor quality, inflated price, and zero pride in food preparation, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other spots that serve authentic Pollo Asado for half the price and double the quality.

The restaurant is beautiful. The food wasn’t too good and the service was good but they had one person working the entire room and outside so it took too long. Get him some help.

Me and my wife went for the first time and we are so glad we did. I have a hard time going to Mexican food places since I'm Mexican and there's no food like Mom's. I'm glad we did though, the mole was delicious , sweet and a little spicy. The tortillas were handmade so that just adds to the comfort. We also shared a flight of Palomas and they were so good. The interior decoration was very traditional and welcoming. We will definitely come back. Everything we tried was good and definitely recommend; mole chilaquiles, mole poblano plate, and the chorizo fondue .

The food was very bad. I ordered chilaquiles, they were watery and not crispy at all. The salsa tasted like it came out of a can. Sorry, this is my last time visiting this place.

Went and crap service. The waitress didn’t even look once towards us. Didn’t even bother to sit us down and when we sat down we waited for 36 minutes. We left because they didn’t take our drinks nothing. And it wasn’t even packed. The waitress had a bad attitude. Not coming back.
