Yoshinoya has definitely changed. This was my favorite fast food place in California. This last time i went something was not right. Cannot tell you what it is but definitely didnt taste like it used to. Maybe it was the location.

I went through the drive thru and had a hard time customizing my order. It’s an automated voice taking your order. I was told to inform the person at the window but they didn’t get it right either. I just wanted extra beef broth on the rice and beef. It was still good but I wouldn’t recommend using the drive thru if you need to make any specific changes. It’ll save you time walking in

I like the food, I told the cashier that i didn't want sauce on my chicken but they put it so they made me wait longer, there was sone spill of water or some kind of liquid at the entrance and no one seemed to care... regardless... the food was delicious but the team has to be more hands-on and try to make sure that when customers like me don't like some ingredients they actually listen and to avoid having a customer trip or fall for not cleaning the lobby or entrance......
