I went to Yvette's Bakery for the first time since many people recommended their tamales. I got a pork tamale, a chicken tamale, some pan dulce that another customer recommended, and a flan. The tamales were still warm by the time when I returned to my house and delicious! Very juicy, not too salty, good balance of masa and filling. Their pan dulce was very fresh and scrumptious as well. I'll definitely go there again on Sunday to try their menudo and pick up a half...
Small Baker with authentic bread. This place is clean and the smell is amazing. I knew i just HAD to check it out when i drove past one morning and saw a line out the door. A big plus is that they take Apple Pay. They have the bolillos with jalapeno and cheese and if u know..u know! Amazing. I can see why people line up before opening for the pan.
