We have tried this place 4 times in the last year trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Service was terrible each and every time. Orders were wrong and or poorly cooked each time. Asked to speak to management each time. You can see why the employees could care less as the manager cares even less than they do. Other comment to us about there poor service, as well I could see other complain. We went on Sunday afternoons when any decent restaurant would have a waiting list as this place once had. This place was maybe, a quarter full. It seems others have deemed this place very substandard as well. They really need to get new staff starting first and foremost with the manager... AVOID this place too many other options...

My husband and I used to love this place but for some reason after Covid hit the service became non-existant so we stopped coming.Last night my mother-in-law wanted to come here and have dinner. I thought maybe it changed so I agreed to take her.Place was a little busy, but just like I remember service was pretty bad. We waited a while before someone finally came around to take our order, then it took a while to cone out. My steak was cooked wrong but I just ate it anyway. After we were done we had to flag down our server to get our bill.I'm pretty patient when it comes to the restaurant industry since I use to be a server in my 20's, I understand it's not the easiest job but I never ignored my customers no matter how busy I was. I have no idea if these servers are in the back and on their phones instead of taking care of their customers, but I definetly won't be back. This was literally the last chance they had to win me over again.

I found out the rumor that most chain restaurants serve microwave food is true. I met some friends at the local Apple Bees when our meals arrived it was obvious everything had been microwaved. I had the Blackened Salmon, mashed potatoes and cheese broccoli. All of the items looked like they'd been microwaved and left to cool before served. The Potatoes & Broccoli had dried cold surfaces, the Blackened Salmon was so dry it broke off in chunks. Everything was cold, nothing was edible. Everyone else's food was the same: thawed, heated in a microwave until dry and lifeless, then served. 2 hamburgers were served without condiments, just a dry, cold patty between two buns. A steak served was also microwaved. My daughter had a Chinese chicken salad which was the only meal that could be eaten.

Being ignored by the waiter, I have to get the attention of the greeter to get service. They weren't busy, it was the late lunch crowd. Food is like a little bit above elementary school lunch. Never coming back. I guess I had high hopes.

Went for the dollar margaritas and I only finished 2 before tapping out lol good but very sugary. The pear one was AMAZING.Anyways, our server was awesome and took care of our big party so well! Will be returning!
Great place to stop for a late night snack. Courteous staff. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend the all you can eat chicken wings!

They're are good ? just understaffed and that's effects service . So I give it 4 stars ? food was good but they brought me wrong order first, even though they fixed it right away but similar mistakes was made to several tables around us. Oh and front door extremely squeaky ? but food was good and beverages as well and service was friendly ??

Went for lunch and the riblets are one of my favorites. Fries were a little cold but the rest of the food was good and the service was nice and we were well cared for. A nice place for families to have lunch at.

Really bad experience there today,there was 3 in our party, I ordered a chicken salad I was last to get my food other in party got there food and was finished theirs by the time I got my chicken salad which was easier than what they ordered. Never go back
