So I looooovvvvveeee, beef and cheddar. Had an epiphany, I'll just order the beef sandwich from now on and ask for a to go cup of the cheese. That way I get the right amount of cheese every time. Didn't get any on my sandwich the other person got some yellow coloring on his.

I always enjoy this Arby's. I drive from cloverdale. That's 42 miles. Love me some Arby's.Kid-friendliness: Always have at least one kids show playing in the lobby. They also that a kid menu.
Everything was freshly made and delicious.Parking: Faces the only entrance. Drive thru cuts into parking lot. Limited parking spaces. Terrible when business is busy. Major traffic jam.Wheelchair accessibility: Bathrooms are not designed for wheelchair access. Very narrow inside.

To the owner.I gave you a good rating a few years ago and received a thank you response from you. So, bc of that I would like to tell you why my rating has gone down. I understand in today's economy that businesses have to do a certain things. I loved the roast beef sandwich and even though the size has shrunk (probably your way of doing "shrinkflation" which I understand) I still order it. But why I'm giving you a lower rating is bc of your staff. While I understand the younger generation has different ideas things being okay to do, I did not think it appropriate that they were shouting over to each other using profanity, throwing out the "F" word many times, while there were kids in the dining area that clearly heard it and looked at each other and then their parents. Maybe your employees were brought up to think that's ok, but not everyone does. I think everyone should have pride in how they do their job, no matter the job. And that includes how you present yourself.
