We stayed for a week and had breakfast everyday. We tried just about everything on the menu and it was all great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were staying at the Doubletree so we decided to try the Bacchus restaurant. Our dinner was delicious, the wait staff was very friendly and our food came very quickly. We had spicy shrimp pasta, cheeseburger and fish and chips (which was giant). We also had breakfast one morning and our experience was the same, good service, quick and very tasty.
Shocked to see sub-4 stars...
Fantastic staff and recommendations, curry salmon was fuego, short rib gnocchi delish. Paired with a fantastic old vine Zin, superb. And would've been a sub $75 date of it weren't for the bottle 😀💜
Very upset. Made reservation here because I wanted somewhere with a spot secure. Arrived today, on Easter, and was told that they were closed at 11 and there was no way that I had reservations. Showed the hostess and she said oh that should have been canceled. Sorry! We are closed. And walked away. It is Easter everywhere is packed and we were not able to go anywhere without at least an hour to 2 wait. Very disappointed. Will NEVER try to go back.
Enjoyed Coconut curry Salmon.
Great happy hour, yummy food and Ry is the best bartender! Love this place! Cozy atmosphere, pool table, fireplace, games etc!
Vegetarian options: Had the happy hour polenta fries, pizza, cauliflower bites. Really good!

My recommendation is: Please, manage visitors with kids, who allows them to scream and run like a crazy in a public place, who not trained about etiquette how to behave at public. Work with leadership team of Double tree hotel together to fix the issue in a future. We like to come Baccus, because of delicious food, great service and very quiet environment. Last visit on February 14th, it was very noisy from hotel visitors with kids. Sitting at the table in restaurant we even can't hear each other because of screaming kids. Please, solve the issue in a future!
This was our third opportunity to dine at Bacchus in just over a month, after spending a birthday and NYE here. Interesting flavors, a variety of selections available, both expected and innovative. Don't sleep on the wedge salad, the Greek fries, the delicious burgers, or the salmon. We can't help but get the brown butter cake every time, after an initial recommendation from the excellent server on our first visit.
Celebrated our anniversary dinner there and the waiter was amazing she made sure we were well taken care of and the food was delicious!
Really good food! Serving staff could have been a bit more attentive had to get their attention a few different times. However, they were all very friendly and accommodating. I would go back.

We had a great dining experience at Bacchus. They don't publish the menu because it is always changing. I enjoyed a beef short-rib with gnocchi dinner that was off the charts. My wife had their wagyu beef burger which also was great. When it came time for desert, our waitperson treated us to off-the menu bread pudding which was being prepped for the next day. Quite the treat!
We both had fish as our entrees, one was the fish tacos and the other was the coconut curry salmon. Both were cooked perfectly and the sauces (and salsa) were exquisite. We started with their wedge salads and we would drive the 65 minutes just to have that salad.
The food was good the ambience was nice we went early and had a nice relaxing breakfast the pancakes were a little under cooked other than that everything was good We liked not having to leave and find a restaurant
The food was good, but the service (by which I mean the time it took between ordering and the time the food arrived) was remarkably slow. Even when the dining area was not busy - and I was ordering breakfast (an omelette), so it seems like it should have been faster. If you're going to dine here for breakfast, count on being there at least a half an hour, even if you're eating in a hurry.
