Came in for a brownie sundae and was told they only had a select few flavors (5 out of 31) of ice cream and no hot fudge. I was not happy but got anyway. It was literally the smallest scoops I had ever seen....VERY DISAPPOINTED. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 10 BUCKS. Why is Baskin so stingy and overpriced

Do not buy milkshakes here. We bought 3 milkshakes. They were essentially cold frothy milk. I am aware ice cream melts but these were ordered and made while my husband and kids were in the store and tasted immediately. My husband had to go to work and did not have the time to deal with it. So he asked me to call and the person I spoke with was nice but basically said they know the milkshakes are milk consistency and that it's because they have to add a bunch of simple syrup (yuck). They're suggestion was if we come back next time ask for no simple syrup. What a waste of money. We definitely won't be going back.

Every time I go they offer me good service. In addition to the wide variety of flavors to choose from.

They even had plant based frozen dessert ?

Per the employees, the new manager has them use 2.5 oz scoops in their sundaes while all other locations use 4oz scoops- for the same price. Such a rip off. Won’t go their again.

Summer starting, nothing is better than ice cream. BR at Rohnert Park is awesome ?.

When we travel we always look for B&R for a treat. There ice cream is fresh and with the variety they have everyone will find something they like. I really like the Hot Fudge Sundae with Jomoca Almond Fudge. My wife likes Baseball Nut. There cakes are to die for. Place is small but the staff is friendly. It's nice to sit on a bench outside and enjoy your ice cream.

On shift 2955, the staff was very unprofessional. We waited a couple minutes when we’re the only ones in the store to get service. They were just talking amongst them selves. Then we ordered and overheard the girl say 4 milkshakes, walking over to pay it was about $50 for two milkshakes. Luckily I said something before they made them. Not great service and my milkshake was straight milk! :(

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a job interview with the manager at this location. He mocked my math skills, and belittled me. Keep in mind I’m 15 years old. Even if I didn’t get the job. I wish the manager would be nice. The manager must not want customers acting this way.. smh

I had a job interview with the manager. He was disrespectful. The manager made fun of my math skills. And he talked down to me. My family and I will never go back to this location. I hope this warns other people who want to visit this place.
